My son wants to exchange/ change his order. The communications have been slow but very helpful when the do come.
One of the sticks is the wrong size, but the controller overall feels amazing.
Its been about a month now, I paid for the enhanced right stick, but im already getting a lot of stick drift. Gonna have to contact support and send back and forth for repairs that will takes weeks even tho its new.
I can't play anymore without high tension joysticks and these are great I only wish the joystick click down and press down input was more responsive as I can't slide cancel or drop to the ground as fast because click down is a bit clunky with bit too much resistance. Hope Evil finds develop a fix. I hope evil develop their own controllers eventually.
Spent quite a bit of money on a controller and it took over a month to get my controller,when it originally arrived it didn't work. Had to send it back to evil and that took an additional 1-2 weeks on top of the long processing/build time. Box comes with just the controller and a charging cable (no thank you card, order slip, nothing). Even after messing up my controller and my long wait time the controller doesn't necessarily seem worth that long of a wait time when I can order from a other competitor and get one with more features much faster. As a person who's purchased from evil years before it's sad to see this much of a decline in service and quality.

I ordered early December. After several weeks with no updates, I finally emailed and was informed of high volumes of sales and a small staff. Unsatisfied with that it took just shy of 2 months to recieve my order. On a good note the controllers work as advertised. I'm just not happy about how long things took.
