The building process is a bit shaky, I had to rebuild my controller twice. Also, the "Auto-fill" feature did not work when I was filling out my personal information.

Everything was fantastic except for the options for shipping. There should be cheaper options for shipping than first class.
The only problem I had was my order took too long. I ordered it on May 8th and finally received it on May 24th. After 4 calls trying to find out when it would ship and given false ship dates twice I was told a component was on back order. That is fine but I should have received an email stating that. I do like the controller but I didn't like the way my order was handled.

The shopping cart portion of the site needs polishing. It shows tax being charged, and only two shipping options. When all is finished, only the shipping was charged with the item. The site is pretty fun to navigate, but I worry when I do not see an option for replacement buttons for the evil d-pad. It would be nice to change them out later.

Not bad, this will be my second controller that I've ordered. First one is pretty awesome and now my nephew really wants one so this one is for him.
