Wouldn't accept my credit card. Kept giving "gateway message" error. Its unclear which things are on sale and how to buy them since all links take you to the take "build a controller" page.
That you can´t cancel thing you hat on to your custom controller
Not much to choose from on Xbone stuff but what you have is awsome. I hope the controller has a real gloss finish to it as advertised and not a ruff paint texture like most custome controllers. All and all it went well.

customisation sometimes doesn't work when i change something
I kept having problems adding things on the Xbox One controller and then not being able to remove it, and i would have to start over.
It easy and fun and the $$$$ can add up very quick if ur not watching.
Bought the white xbox one controller with blacked out buttons. It looks awesome but a couple small problems. Battery pack and shell is more difficult to put on and also gets dirty much easier. I'm pretty sure this is due to the fact gloss paint is ued not just cause its white.
The worst thing is the shipping time. It took more than a month to get a controller when it should've taken 2 weeks. I didn't get any sort of compensation for the extremely slow service. A controller case would've been nice.
Overall my experience was ok. The product was good but the shipping time was ridiculously slow. If you plan to buy from here don't be surprised if you get your controller a month from when you order.

I wish you had more selection in colors, for example on the vision backplate you had matte and glossy red, but on the front all you had was red chrome.

This is my second time buying from this website and since the first one I got was absolutely amazing I decided I would get another one. For me, this controller was a lot more complicated to use then my last one and I tried following the online instructions but still can't seem to figure out how to use it. Overall though when I do get the controller to activate the settings I want it to use the controller is amazing until it somehow switches modes then I'm back at my struggle of trying to make it work again.
Josh, initially, my amex needed me to verify this was my charge as I'm out of state and it's one of those items that typically one would "steal" if any access to anothers credit card was obtained. Please check to see that I have only one charge for this controller at $134.00 or so give or take on the shipping. I did priority as suggested. Order number is *******.
Buggy and confusing selection panels for custom controllers. Had to restart alot of times because I couldn't remove a product that I wanted to see how looked!
Overrall it did take ages but now that i have my controller it feels great and its amazing i do like this site
