Ok but would have been good to see shipping cost earlier in price of build, also expected delivery date as Christmas is coming fast!
If you chose an option for a controller you can't erase it it's automaticly selected and added to the price
I would add an item to car and continue shopping. And when I come back to the cart it was empty.
Not happy about getting declined when i tried to use my credit card on my sons account. Lucky paypal worked or i would have not made the purchase.
Had a little trouble getting the item into the shopping cart, it kept resetting. We had to create the controller three different times.
I was fairly frustrated while trying to create my controller... couldn't figure out how to remove options after I had selected them and certain things weren't very clear
It took a few times to get this order right but I finally figured it out.
Very fast and effecient site would like the shipping costs to the UK to be slightly cheaper as they're a bit steep but other than that brilliant service!

to many clicks to order a controller. Need to reduce the number of custom options screens and combine some. Also you need to be able to deselect options on customizing screens so you don't have to "reset" if you accidentally select an option you don't want on "step 12" for example! frustrating.
Locating items i want was very time consuming and confusing because of some features that are/are not available on some items. Hard to find decent prices.
Wish you had more options for ps4. Would love to see minecraft stuff for all systems:)
I was a little disappointed that I didn't receive a charging cord with my new controller. For paying $69 for a brand new controller then all the mods $150 later and it only coming in a foam pouch inside a box, with no charging cord & no instructions. Was so disappointed with packaging.
You can't unclick items in sections like "splatter" so I have to refresh the whole page to start over, kinda annoying. I'm using the lasted version of Google Chrome, hope that helps.
Took a while and if i wanted to edit a custom once it was in my cart, i had to do it all over again
