Hi there, honestly I'm very disappointed with this product. I'm playing Destiny on PS4 and this are the issues that I've been having while testing Evil controller.

When I read the description before buying, it said that Rapid Fire will increase the fire rate of any weapon on most FPS games. When I ask you on the phone, they told me that most of the time rapid fire won't work on auto rifles only semi-automatic. That auto rifles have a cap because of the way they are made in the game. This is not specified on the description when I bought it.

For starters the fire rate is not increased on any weapon, rapid fire only makes the weapons full auto. The rate stays the same. This full auto will work with shotguns, snipers, scout rifles, pulse rifles and hand cannons, I repeat, the fire rate stays the same, the only difference is that I only need to keep pressing R2 instead of pressing every time i need to shoot.

I've read the instructions carefully both pages and tried everything to increase fire rates.

So I paid for rapid fire just to keep pressing R2 to shoot, not to increase the fire rate ingame.

Other thing that bothers me is FAST RELOAD, this only works with COD, please confirm this, because that is said on the instructions. Again this is not specified on your website.

The only thing that I was aware of and it says on your website is that AUTOSPOT will only work on Battlefield 4, OK, no problem, but what about all the other mods, it doesn't specifies anything until I read the instructions.

I'm realizing that this controller was intended for COD, then don't sell it for other games. I saw your videos on COD and I saw it works.

Please help me to have a better experience with this controller, I have COD Ghost, but im bored of it, I don't just want to play it to try my Evil controller, I want it to work on what you said on your website that will work on.

Again, I'm I paying a Mod Pack just hold R2?

A bit difficult to navigate, and there were no e-mail updates like was stated.

We were slightly upset that the colour we chose and ordered was unavailable when the website let us order the custom colours, so our choice was unavailable which voids the " customise your controller" buying experiance. The controller we chose was upgraded free of charge which we are pleased about and despite the colour blue not been available, we found the buying experiance and customer service polite and kind.

Overall controller is a good quality compared to mod junkies and intensafirestore. Com I am happy with my purchase however I do feel the instructions on the controller could be revised and updated BC I noticed a few things that were not correct but in my book its a good purchase.

I thought I was buying a master mod controller, but what it what I got was a rapid fire controller. What the description said on the rapid fire controller was that it had the capabilities of the Master mod but it doesn't. It also stated that it would ship out in a certain time but if they had to build one, then allow 7-10 days extra. I bought 2 sticky bomb controllers with no extra requirements from the advertisement and it took the whole 10 days. I didn't understand that seeing it was a standard fabrication.

Had problem with item being supplied as ordered. Reported issues to evilcontrollers 3 days ago but have not heard back yet.

Very easy ordering, hope the shipping is fast too.

The case was not completely seated/did not line up. The paint began peeling on the battery case button with the first couple days. Apparently the plastic was not prepared properly or the paint was not the correct type of primer/paint?

Nice stuff great way to make it personal I but much for warranty time to get it wasn't all that great but given it was the holiday and I got my stuff the way I wanted cool..

I wish I could view a controller I've created from my cart. Also when it came to me it was missing the gamer tag and the battery pack doesn't work right
