Return customer, bought Evil Sticks probably 4 or 5 years ago, absolutely loved them, they are finally getting pretty worn, as is my controller shell, so I decided to order a new shell+sticks.

After waiting 3 weeks for my order to finally arrive, I have to say, compared to the last time I bought from you guys, I am pretty disappointed. The shell itself seems poorly made, seems like you guys just take a controller shell and hydro dip it. The controller seems to have no protective coating either, and it had MULTIPLE blemishes upon arrival. Then on top of that, the battery pack that came with the shell doesn't even work.

The only good thing I can really say about this order was the price, and that's only because of sales/coupon. Had I payed full price for this, I would have been furious.

I had a lot higher expectations from you guys, but in the end I guess you get what you pay for.

The online live chat doesn't work and i wanted more updates on where my controller was.

Good product but the wait time is dumb caos controllers can have u a custom controller in about a week with a lower price but my product is good thank u evil controllers

Provided it works correctly it was a great experience

Why does it cost more money to make the back of controller the same as front that should be free

Your site is slated for experienced gamers. Most gamers I know are my son's age and not their parents. It seems, like most of my friends have stated, most online businesses don't want to set up a site more friendly to non-gamers. What is an Evil ID that you put on a controller? I have no clue, so that feature did not interest me as most of what you want to charge extra for. You might want to put a few more hints (question marks that give pop ups to explain why I would want to spend money for that.

Again, your site doesn't seem to want to cater to the people acutally earning the money that buys your products. Also, responsible parents usually don't give their children an open credit card to use.

Bought xbox1 controller with all mods, only to find out that all the mods listed don't come on xbox1. Also lack of instructions and vagueness of how it works and what games it will work with would help. Having some basic videos to watch would be helpful. Only 1 video for 360 controller and they talk and show moves so fast that it's impossible to keep up.

The controller came out perfect, only problem was I recieved it a little shy of a month of ordering it. Processing time took weeks for some reason, and also I thought I asked for the batteries to be included and it didn't come with them neither. Other than that the controller arrived in two days instead of three and I'm very satisfied for that. Will still most likely order again in the future, thank you so much!
