Took longer than expected it said it would be shiped in like 15 business days max and it finally got shiped after 24 business days after i called 3 times but overall i like my controller it look sick my only concern was the estimated crafting time.
Ive made several DIY buys from Evil Controllers this was the first complete controller I have picked up. To get the negative out of the way, the site said pre-build ready to ship on the controller I picked up. It wasn't and instead of getting it in a couple days it took about 3 weeks. Had I known that would be the case I would have picked out some other options and done a custom one instead.
That aside from that the controller looks and feels great very happy with the end result.

Need to be more descriptive on what games the modded controllers will work for. I was looking for GTA V compatibility
I'd like the option to add a color led to your in stock controllers. Also, if you use the back button at the pay screen you start over from the beginning. I just wanted to change one mod and had to rebuild the whole controller from scratch.
had a problem with my credit card said my number didn't match the card when i just used it. but just decided to use pay-pal.
Had some problems with my payment information even though everything was correct. Otherwise it was all very good.
Do not like the auto checkout feature after clicking add to cart (pain when trying to but multiple). Had a PayPal address mismatch the first time I tried to checkout. The website did not handle this very well and just emptied my cart. I had to redo everything (adding to cart, shipping info etc.)
Wish that you could see an overview of all the options you selected for the custom controller inside the shopping cart.
