Three attempts to contact via phone, I left messages and no one returned my call, subsequently I missed the "7 day" return opportunity and now I'm out $84. And am left with a plain black controller that I was hoping to exchange or return for a refund. Not at all happy with this fact! The special order one for my Grandson, ended up not being very special at all.
The 2nd stylized one he & I ordered later turned out to be cool, but not all the functions worked so we had to return the controller for repair or replacement. Still waiting for it to be returned to us.

Didn't like there was no ability to modify the controller creator once added to shopping cart.
I previously bought from Evil Controllers about three years ago, and it was a disaster. The first shipment took weeks, and I did not even receive the product I ordered (there was no mod). The second shipment I received did not even have the Evil Sticks that I paid extra for, but after a month of waiting I decided to keep it and not prolong another screw up.
I would love for nothing to go wrong with this order, and to have it delivered on time. I had a lot of doubts making another purchase from this company, but I decided to give it another try. Thank you.
I dont understand why the controllers are worth 10$ extra dollars by default.
A little difficult to see of the controllers work for other games than just call of duty.
I rate shopping experience 3 stars just due to disappointment I could not find the option of buying the buttons that look like bullets. But Great so far.

My experience was not great due to the picture quality for the Xbox 360 controllers. It was often hard to tell differences between colors, there fore harder to create one.
Donald Vossimer recommended this website... I like the build your own option... I couldn't get all the stuff i wanted because it got a little pricey... but overall it was good...
Would like to get a subtotal before it goes to the payment screen, it would help when using gift cards, etc. that have a limited amount on them.
A little expensive, iwould be more likely to buy from your company again if my controller lasts at least 1 year or if it included a 1 year warranty... It's like saying you don't stand by your product not even for a year...
I would like to see more options for some of the parts in the controller creator, for example the color options are not all the same and some of the parts you sell on the site like the clear top pieces and the silver bullet ABYX buttons are not options. Also I think it would be cool if I could send you an image in a jpeg or something and that be what you put on the controller, like a family photo or a pic I thought was cool on the internet. I do have to say though the vision backplate is the sweetest thing in gaming I have ever seen. Big fan. But I am wondering if this option will appear in the xbox one controllers as well
It was a good customizable experience and i got most the things i needed, just some things were way overpriced in my opinion, they may not be i honestly do not know. It was an easy shopping experience in all.
After I receive my item ordered, hopefully without any delays are damaged goods, I will be better able to accurately rate.

Got the controller today, its everything I wanted except for some cosmetic mess ups..
I ordered my controller on the 29th of last month wish a 4 to 7 day shipping is now the 13th and it just now got here besides the fact that I had to wait a long time the controller is very nice and I love it
The checkout process failed many times. It just froze at the billing details screen when trying to go to the shipping details screen. Not sure whether it was your site or my technology...
Products were delivered on time and in decent packaging, and as advertised. I would recommend evilcontrollers to anyone who needed similar products at reasonable prices. Currently using my freshly modded xbox360 controller, and quite happy with the results.
