These work as they should, overly priced in my opinion.

Bought this on Dec 22nd 2023 and only got it on Jan 16 2024. The home button randomly flashes, the y button randomly presses and lastly I can't even remap my shift paddles with how long an order takes you'd think the controllers would be perfect but no. I can't even play any games with it since the y button presses randomly and gets stuck it's like a rapid fire on the y button

NEED MORE OPTIONS they are extremely Limited bought an all black controller everything but buttons really wish I could have got black buttons

I requested 2 phone calls and no one called me during scheduled time. I am very grateful the controller was able to be fixed but when a emailed after the controller was received by your company for a week, the response was only that it was shipped back with a tracking number. I have never heard what was the issue with the controller if it was a defect or something else. No response other than it it was being sent back. I do appreciate the controller being sent back after a week abd my son loves it. The controller now works great and he is enjoying it very much.

I purchased to receive my controller quick, unfortunately that didn't happen. Not sure what they hold up was, I wish they would have reached out sooner if there was a problem with the selected controller options. Aside from that, evil controllers has been great with the quality of controllers.

EvilControllers has never left me down. I bought one for the 360 when I was maybe 12 years old it was priced high, and my family thought I was crazy spending half the money I spent on my 360 for a controller but it's build is like no other works exactly like how you'd expect it too. The customization and the different mods you can have on it and it ships right to your doorstep. Why would I not buy for this company? It will work every time but if you get mad because your bad at the game don't throw the controller haha that it probably won't work right ;) love this company EvilControllers, will buy till I die.

This controller is so much easier to use with one hand than the regular Dual Shock.

Fantastic service the only concern I have is that I'm not really sure on how to activate the little mod button,usually just hit button combinations till it comes on,but when it is on it absolutely is a game changer! Overall very pleased with my purchase thank you so much!

Slow shipping, Terrible customer service, almost took 2 months to get the controller, I have emails of the customer service guy telling me they shipped my controller when they clearly didn't, because weeks after I got other emails that my controller finally shipped and not to track it so often because of the slow shipping. They got 2 stars from me because everything worked as advertised on the controller.

I've ordered custom thumbstics for my controller, waited a month for any info about order confirmation or shipping or anything - got nothing. I started contacting EvilControllers through email, facebook - no reply, still nothing. I've payed through PayPal, so I started a case there, to get the contact with the seller, the seller just refunded the money and no explanation. That's it, that's the business of this "company" - just nothing. Almost two months have passed from my purchase and now I get an email about "giving feedback" of my experience. So here it is - experience was sh*t and the company is sh*t. Thank you for nothing, EvilControllers.
Update: now someone from the shop is telling that they refunded me because they got no reply to their email. LIES. They refunded because I've payed through PayPal and eventually opened a case there on the transaction. Until the opening of the case there were no communication from seller or a refund. I can prove that with screenshots.

When controller 1st came, mods would not work. Contacted customer support immediately. Had issues with customer support some of which are admittedly my fault. Sent controller back to be fixed and received a working controller a week and a half later. Overall, it's a good controller. They stood behind their product and fixed the issue at no cost to me.
