Have many controllers from pretty much every brand on the market. Evil from an option (add ons available) selection and ease of site use, by far the best. Quality of add ons much stronger and last far longer. Whether your a Fortnite gamer or COD, they have an option. Just far superior in their build quality. The order came through in good time.

I sent in my controller for repair and communication was very slow and at times non-existent. At first, I was told to pay through a link for the $80 for repair but it showed $1. I asked if that was a mistake and after no response, I figured out how to make the total $80 and completed payment. After paying I sent a message through the website and stated I paid and asked if they could give me an ETA on when it would be fixed and sent back. After sometime of no response, I set up a call through the website which never happened but I ended up getting a text back stating it would be fixed and sent out on a Monday. After a week went by I asked for shipping because I had not recieved the item. Again, after no response, I text again stating that hopefully someone could respond before closing as it was Friday. Finally, a response came through with a link to the tracking info, and not only did the controller not get shipped 2 Mondays prior as discussed it was sent out nearly a week after it was told to me it would be. The controller arrived and everything works as new which I am thankful for. As a customer that has purchased 2 controllers from you, I only wish to provide this review as something for you to work on. I will continue to be a customer and recommend your product because I am extremely happy with the items purchased. However, if and when I need my 2nd controller repaired l, I can only hope for a better experience. Thank you guys!

Only issue I had was trying to get into contact with Evil. 2 weeks with zero response. They finally got back to me and everything after was great. Love the controller, use it daily.

Evil controls are great i only have the use of one hand so now I'm able to play with the best of them! They deliver world wide

Best controllers money can buy. I have purchased my second one more recently and the first one I purchased lasted over 3 years, and still continues to work with no issues, so when I got my upgrade I passed it down to my niece who uses it now and over that 3 year time 0 stick drift with the combo pro tension among everything else. Flawless controller and well worth the money.

Aw excellent hahaa You know what i was like sh**t i should of some what add remapping for my slide and jump buttons But for some reason it got remapping chip, bare in mind i email them like almost everyday telling them to add this and that. Maneee they over evil controller can tell i'm cool. So they got me right they fix me right, they my buddys now i cant believe it. I was waiting for this controller everyday looking to see if theirs an update on processing, i am in canada its best to put some kind of priority shipping, But even when i got the controller in my hands. On the website on tracking it still says processing, And another thing they send my controller in a Nice evil controller case so it can stay protected not a cardboard box, manee who's over >>> evil controller loves me i am still so happy every time i take up this controller. Just to even click the triggers they way they sound so good, i bought a battle beaver controller before But evil got Mods ahh yeah dope this controller i love it. Now its ok for me to play warzone and killing these player first yea yea.
