An absolutely abominable service. I signed up for the free trial and received the product kit (I haven't gotten around to using everything, but the lotion is okay) and the diapers (horrible, laughable in quality). While I realized that I would become automatically enrolled, I made the mistake in assuming I would be notified before the products were shipped, seeing as most services offer that as A) a courtesy and, B) an opportunity to revise your sizing choice before they ship you a MONTH'S SUPPLY OF DIAPERS. However, this is not the case, and my signing up for a free trial of product resulted in me being billed $120 without warning and receiving a month's worth of newborn diapers. I tried to go online to cancel my membership, or see if I had overlooked any clear declaration of the intention of the trial, but apparently Everyday Happy's business model is based entirely on deceit and trickery, as there is no forewarning online. In fact, you have to call to cancel your involuntary membership. I shipped the product back and was informed over the phone that I would be refunded almost entirely, that the cost of shipping the unwanted goods would be deducted from my return price. However, I paid $25 out of pocket to return it, and Everyday Happy still only refunded me $100 of my initial $120. I brought this to their attention through multiple emails to the service department, but never received a reply- though they are more than happy to continue spamming me with offers for products I will never buy, due to poor quality and even more reprehensible business practices.
We were very pleased with all of the items that we received in our package. The diapers were soft and absorbent. In fact, of all the diapers we have tried, these diapers were the most impressive for fit and absorbency. The wipes were soothing and compact (in the trial package). I appreciate that the diapers are made Eco-friendly, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and vegan. None of the products irritated my baby's skin and the lotions and soaps all had a gentle and clean scent.
I had the worst experience with them! They got my info from a freebies website and charged my account 160$! I had tried their products before for my daughter and they are not good at all! I keep asking them to stop emailing me but they still do! I can't stand this company! They will not let me post this without marking a star, but I did want to give it to them...
Having a hard time getting a refund on item I didn't want. Even After following their instructions for returning items no refund. It has been a little over a month and still not refund. I have contacted the customer services their records show that a refund was returned to my account however it has not shown up into my account. I've had to file a claim with my banking institution to do an investigation. I recommend that you think twice before doing business with this company.

We subscribed but due to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel-the customer service rep who assisted me was very kind and took care of it immediately; we received the little sample kit and are very pleased with it! Thank you!
We love the bath kit and the laundry detergent. Only one we have found that doesn't cause a rash!

We loved recieving all 3 kits from EverydayHappy! We only paid like $5 shipping for all of them which is a much better deal than per sample like with many others including Honest Company. The diapers are also much softer than their brand which we prefered. The kits seemed well priced & very convienient with quality products that you couldn't just pick up off the shelf for these prices- especially once you figure in costs of transportation to get them all the time. We look forward to being able to use baby supplies that we don't have to worry about & loved getting to try them first because you never know what your baby will like best since each is so different! Things I liked with my last son are completely different from what we use with my second son & it's much better to try things out for free or close to it than have to buy a whole pack of something & then figure out what to do with the rest when it doesn't work out.

I really enjoyed the diapers. I feel they are very similar to the honest company but plain
I signed up for the free trial to see how well the products were, to my surprise they weren't that great. The lotion left my babies skin dryer than the lotion I normally use. The diaper rash cream gave my baby a bigger rash and the texture of it felt more like gel than cream. The laundry detergent actually made my babies clothes very stiff when it dried. Not at all what I expected but am very happy that I was given the chance to try the products before actually purchasing the full pack.

I got the trial kit and I have to say I really enjoyed the diapers, they worked really well for my daughter who is under a year old but some of the other products weren't as great as I was expecting. The handsoap and laundry detergent wasn't anything special especially for the price. The price is what really got me on continuing with purchasing anything else. I can find all natural cleaners for much less at the store especially with coupons. If the diapers were cheaper we would have considered purchasing them but I can't justify spending more than $0.10 a diaper which is just going to be thrown away.
Everyday happy has amazing natural products and their customer service department is extremely kind and respectful and easy to work with.
This kit was perfect in introducing new members to the products. The trials sizes were larger than normal - the products were gentle and did not leave an oily residue, scent free and did not leave a rash or anything irritating behind. I would highly recommend all of the cleansers and the diapers we received in our kit for future use!
I am extremely happy with all of the products, particularly the baby wipes. They are soft and effective.
I order my free trial on Aug 26th. I was charged 7.95 for shipping the next day, now here I am Sept. 1st and they STILL have not shipped my order! I have been calling for 5 days striaght now. Everytime I call, the representative tells me that "the system is down". They tell me they can't process a refund, cancel my account, or even find my account for that matter. I am beyond frustrated with these scam artists. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life. I have already forwarded them my emails I received after signing up FOUR times, but was informed today that they cannot send or receive emails because of "the system being down". REALLY? So why the hell was I told by two different women on two separate days that if I sent the emails, they could find my account & help me? It's been nothing but lie after lie and excuse after excuse. The supervisor claimed that she will inform me when "the system" is back up, I have serious doubts about that. She told me I would not be charged for the membership since I have been calling for 5 days trying to cancel it, but I guess we will just have to see since she refused to give me any proof that this will not happen. Rest assured I WILL be calling the BBB, my local news, & the attorney general's office if they try to scam me out of any more money! STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE WHATSOEVER! I wish I could give less than 1 star, I so would.

I, too, signed up for the free trial not knowing I would automatically be enrolled in a "subscription service" Two weeks later, with no advance notice, I was sent a box of products and charged $160.00! Called to find out about returning the merchandise, and was frustrated because the customer service rep. Was not sure of the correct address. Also,
It has been two weeks, several phone calls, and still no refund. My bank is now handling this matter for me.

Do yourself a favor and skip doing business here. We did receive the sample pack and did not cancel the membership in time to avoid the first stab of diapers. No problem, we can return them. For a full refund? No. They charged us $20 for processing. Ok no problem, I get it. Once they receive your returned package they said it will take 5 business days to receive a refund. We are at day 9, still no refund. We talked with them and was told to call our bank because the refund was processed 7 days ago. The bank is going to pursue the refund for us. Very shady operating in my opinion. Adder reading some of these reviews, I see I am not alone. We are all looking for a good deal, this AINT a good deal.

I, like most of the reviewer signed up for the free trial and had no idea you were automatically signed up for the monthly payments. I called to cancel and they said I missed the 3 day deadline. I informed them the "free" trial never came and I never got any e-mail and the woman said the computer said it was shipped and deliver and she had no way of knowing if I was being truthful!... nice. I told them I didn't want the package they were sending either and demanded a refund. She said when it shows up I could py to return it... nice. Terrible customer service I handled it through my credit card company who thankfully does have very good customer service. Don't get involved with them.

The people who say this is a scam didn't thoroughly read through the instructions... When you order a sample, you pay shipping. You have FIVE days to cancel before they charge your card for the next month's subscription. This isn't a secret. It's a subscription just like any other. The Honest Company is the same way. So if you don't want to be charged, just cancel within the 5 days.
I have used their diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, hand soaps, body wash, and lotion. I absolutely love this line. The diapers fit my little girl so well, the wipes are incredible, everything is very subtle and not so heavily scented. I'm extremely happy. And the costumer service is fab.

My daughter is about to have a baby she paid 5.95 for a free trial, free not so much they charged my account 130.00 and nothing even showed up no free anything nothing in return. Had to call my bank to cancel and negative in my bank due these charges we unknowing occurred...

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect... Not only is unethical it is totally inconsiderate of the consumer who may not have funds to pay this outrageous bill of overcharged quantity and quality of product without a response from the consumers satisfaction of the initial sample. The only justification are emails that were sent from your company to my spam mail and a piece of paper sent with the sample that was not returned to your company or responded to in any other manner that would give the impression that I as a consumer was even satisfied. I spoke with Nikki Crown, a supervisor, who sent me an email with a return label but then advised me that I would still be charged a $10 dollar fee once the product is returned which is manic considering that I did not desire the long term subscription and or product beyond the sample in the first place. This is totally unfair. I am writing this email in hopes your company will stop scamming its consumers and state openly the consumers obligation and receive proper authorization before charging consumers cards for unwanted product.
