DO NOT sign up for anything with Everyday Happy. They have terrible customer service (Actually NO customer service). They charged our card without any authorization or prior approval. They refused to respond when we asked for a full refund, eventually giving us the refund without saying anything, but charging a $20 processing fee. FOR NOTHING. Stay away! This is a scam. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING "Business." Don't waste your time or money. They are stealing from people.

We are a small business and we take customer service and our customers very seriously. I am sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. We do list on each page of sign up of the upgrade to a monthly membership after your 7 day trial. We also have it listed in our FAQ's and terms and conditions. I am sorry if you missed any of that information. For any returns to our warehouse, there are some deductions of a processing fee and shipping fee which we make clear as well on our website however we will be happy to rectify this issue for you. Please provide the email address you would have used upon sign up.
Still waiting for the trail package. The customer service is very responsive and deal my questions very quickly.

I was on a third party website for free baby samples and I thought I was just paying for shipping. I'm 37 with my first child. My husband pasted away a month after we found out I was pregnant. I've been adjusting and working my button off trying to make ends meet, including having to be on public assistance for the first time. Now I'm left with $3 in my account because everydayhappy took out $105!
There's no way to unsubscribe or cancel your account on their website. I keep getting the "uh oh there's been an error" when I click on the $80 diaper kit with ano item quantity of 11 that they are about to send me, and that I DON'T WANT, or DID NOT ORDER. Looks like they're planning on sending me hundreds even thousands of dollars worth of $#*! come next month. I've read the responses from Nikki B (rep) and I could care less about small print, or some other hide and seek text on your free (not so free is it) sample. This company takes advantage of excited expecting mothers. Ruthless, unethical, willing to push anyone into dire financial straits to all their money. Stay the he'll away, unless you're part of the 2% of the population and can afford hundreds or thousands of dollars a month.

My 2-year-old daughter has very sensitive skin which makes diapering quite a challenge. I had tried everything. Every single brand of diaper sold in stores gave her diaper rash and sometimes even hives! I sought advice from a pediatrician and a dermatologist, but to no avail. Then, my child's daycare teacher suggested I try Everyday Happy. They are only sold online, but they offer a trial size diaper pack so I gave it a try. They were perfect! They are soft and hold moisture (no leaks) and fit quite well. Most importantly: (after about six months now), my daughter has not had a single rash or any skin reaction at all! What a relief! I am elated! Everyday Happy stands by their promises and delivers truly high-quality products. I cannot praise them enough!

This company is a JOKE! I signed up for the free trial, my subscription was SUPPOSED to be cancelled, then BAM all of a sudden my debit card was charged $115, for something I DIDN'T order, and didn't even know what it was! When I called them to get my money back, they told me I could get a refund once my package was returned. BUT that didn't include the shipping THEY charged to ship the package, a package I had no clue what was in it, and they don't mention to tell you that even though they deducted shipping from your refund, YOU have to pay for shipping to send it back to them! What is the point of the refund then!? I WILL never recommend this company to ANYONE. Their diaper suck, their wipes are no good, and they charge out the $#*! and are no help at All!

For any returned kits, there is a processing fee as well as a shipping fee that is deducted. The customer is also made aware that they have to return the kit at their own expense.
I'm sorry you were not happy with our diapers and wipes, just to give you a little information on them; our wipes are made from 100% sustainable bamboo and are free of alcohol and parabens. They're infused with cucumber and aloe to be extra soothing. Our diapers are made with a hybrid core containing SFI-certified sustainable wood pulp from USA forests to help keep the concentration of SAP moisture absorbers lower. We've never received that feedback before, so we will pass it along to our product development team. The comments we receive from our customers are the best way for us to learn as we continue to grow!

I wanted to get a free trial, in order to get a free trial, you have to leave a cc#. Unfortunately I accidentally didn't cancel on time my membership. They charge you if you want to return the items $25 plus you pay another $20 for the processing fees and you have to pay for the return shipping at the post office. Soo all those extra fees I decided to keep the box, which was $278 by the way. Of little stuff and over priced for what I got. Even one of the packages of the wipes were expired and the customer service said she had to talk to her manager about letting me exchange it. I now have to send a screen shot to their email, of the wipes for proof. A lot of back and forth for this headache with customer service. And the amount of money that this cost is way over priced for service and items. Everything: lotion, face wash/body wash, detergent, and wipes and diapers, were tiny sizes so it sounds like a lot but not really. I can go to target and by organic items and pampers for 1/4 of the price. Don't waste your time or money. Even the "sample" has a catch! It's too stressful to deal with if your frugal and pregnant. Don't do it unless you literally don't care about spending money on nonsense.

There is a free samples offer on a sister page for babies and everyday happy will jump on the chance to swindle you! Claiming their fine print states the subscription for $100+ dollars (IT DOESNT THROUGH 3rd party) beware you have been warned
The prices are affordable and the items are in good quality. This site has all the baby's need. I would definitely give this site a two thumbs up.

I ordered a free trial package where you only had to pay for shipping, it cost me about seven bucks. However, that wasn't the problem. I was on normally charge $171.80 out of my credit card for a package I never ordered and never received because I had moved from my last home. I called the company and told them about it and they told me there wasn't anything they could do unless the package was returned. That they automatically added me to membership without letting me know. But how am I supposed to return a package that I never received. I am a team mom I will be 19 this December. I do not work, that was part of the money that I worked hard for to save up for my baby so that I could atlease buy SOMETHING with my own money, I stopped working because my doctor due to some bleeding I had. I didn't get much from the job but now I have nothing. I should be very angry but I'm not I just want to let people know before they buy something from this company. Anyway I let the woman know she was very nice about it, they canceled my membership that was apparently automatically given to me. And I'm glad that I called today because only had eight more days until a new package went to my old room That I do not live in anymore, will not be paying for a package that I will not be receiving any more.
The products that Every Day Happy provide are out of this world. With the diapers and baby wipes being chemical free I've had no problems with my twin daughters. I also recommend all the detergents and lotions that they have to offer. And their customer service is very good.
I was trying to request a free sample to see if my daughter (who is HIGHLY sensitive) could use your products. I didn't change the size of diapers, so ordered newborns instead of size 3s. I tried to correct this by e-mail, however my trial was canceled and a full month's supply was sent. I called today to see if I could return the monthly pack, and get the trial to see if she could use your product. I spoke to Abby on the phone and she was AMAZING! She helped me clear up the misunderstanding, told me how to return the monthly package, got a trial set-up, and was sweet, polite and caring the whole time. I truly hope that my daughter can use your profuct, because your customer service is WONDERFUL! I can not tell you how fantastic it was to work with Abby today, and how much appreciated her help. I will tell EVERYONE about your wonderful customer service.

Tried the diapers and products for a few days was happy with them. I didn't sign up for the monthly membership but will definitely Oder products from them in the near future.
Sign up a free trail couple weeks ago, Im still so happy when I received the free pretty package until yesterday, I got home very late, in front of me is a hug box diapers, soaps, detergent and lotions, before that I didn't receive any e-mail notifications or a phone call or anything. I was shocked got charged $158 in my credit card, I become so disappointed.
I called and tried to return and cancel my subscription, I asked if I could return the product and get a refund and they said there was a restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping, that cost almost 80% of what they charge me, thats not worth for me, she said I have a option to keep the package, I very want to, but I cant, the diapers is very easy to leaking, and the cream is not strong enough. I tried to ask if she can waive the extra fee to me, she said I have to talk to her supervisor, but she is not there, and I have to call back later, I will give her a call soon and have follow up after
All over that, their customer service is very good, the lady I spoke with it is very nice and understanding, she cancelled my account and stop my subscription, also send me cancellation confirmation and reference number right away. But I still will keep checking, cause I dont want to receive any package later on, they are too expensive!

Called their supervisor, and told her all my situation, she is very patient and understanding, she was go over my account, make sure my account is being cancelled, and send me free return label, said they will give me a full refund after they received my package, about 3~5 days! Nice job!

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect... Not only is unethical it is totally inconsiderate of the consumer who may not have funds to pay this outrageous bill of overcharged quantity and quality of product without a response from the consumers satisfaction of the initial sample. The only justification are emails that were sent from your company to my spam mail and a piece of paper sent with the sample that was not returned to your company or responded to in any other manner that would give the impression that I as a consumer was even satisfied. I spoke with Nikki Crown, a supervisor, who sent me an email with a return label but then advised me that I would still be charged a $10 dollar fee once the product is returned which is manic considering that I did not desire the long term subscription and or product beyond the sample in the first place. This is totally unfair. I am writing this email in hopes your company will stop scamming its consumers and state openly the consumers obligation and receive proper authorization before charging consumers cards for unwanted product.
