I tried the diaper kit trial for my little one and I fell in love with it... out of all the diapers I have tried this was the best! So I kept the membership and waited till the 7 day period was over for the notification that my monthly kit was arriving, unfortunately nothing came to me until a week passed by and I checked my account and I was charged for another trial kit... so I am now under the impression that I need to place an order. But I waited again 7 days after the 2nd kit arrived and I didn't receive the monthly kit still... its been a month already that I was waiting... so I called and asked what was going on and I was told that my account was canceled. The thing is that I never cancelled it. So the rep said that she will reactivate it and place the order for the kit... Wednesday came and my account still the same no charges, no notifications nothing. So I called again... and the rep told me I should be charged by the end of that day latest would be Thursday but it should go in that day. I waited... Friday came and still nothing. I called again and was on hold for a while... they're supposedly checking my account. And then the rep told me th same thing the rep from Monday told me... that my account was canceled and that if I want to place an order they can reactivate my account... and I am just "what?!" 4 days... my order should've been processed already and it would've been on its wat and will arrive next week but, I was back at the same situation 4 days ago? Where's the convenience in that... and I'm in the west coast and they're in the east coast so it does take the whole 7 business days for the shipping... but it got delayed and delayed and my account, which I never cancelled in the first place wasn't even reactivated all this time. So disappointing... my husband and I seriously loved the diapers but I can't have my baby waiting like this... were gonna expect that everything is fine then its not, then fune again then not!?
As a single mother I ordered a free trial kit and was shortly after charged $160 without My concert. I cannot believe a company would be ripping off new (and single) mothers. I haven't even had a chance to use anything yet and quite honestly will be throwing this s$@& in the garbage. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

We mention the trial period on our signup page, we send out 6 reminder emails during the course of the trial, we include a welcome letter with the trial that explains the monthly subscription, and we also provide this info on our website on the FAQ and Terms + Conditions pages. Wonderful and helpful. Its been great to get a healthy start.
All the products I have tried from them work wonderfully, I got the sample packages. The customer service is also excellent, although I only had to call them once.
I have received Diapers, Bath Products, Lotion, Hand Soap, and Laundry Detergent. Diapers are not absorbent enough. My baby had a leak every time. I hated the wipes. I had to use at least 4 wipes to properly clean my baby's bum.
Rest of the products were just fine but I hated the packaging because it takes lot of effort to take out the products :( I wouldn't recommend anything.
Pleased with the products for my granddaughter and myself. Would purchase again.
I signed up for a free baby kit. The kit came along with the 170 other diapers... and lotion and shampoo that was charged to my credit card. I only expected to get the free kit and then I was going to order some if I approved of the merchandise. However, I wasn't given that choice because the kit DID NOT come alone and IT DID NOT COME IN A TIMELY MANNER. So I called the company, complained, paid for the merchandise and then had them stop sending any more items. However I still get emails from you and I don't want them. Please take me off your list.
I signed up for free product which was about 5 samples of baby toiletries for $6. I Received samples but didn't try them because I was in the hospital with baby. When I got home, I had a large box of product and had been charged $130 without consent. I Did not want $130 worth of product so I had to return it. I had to pack a 10 pound box after a c-section and a newborn to a UPS shipping center to get a refund. Furthermore, I had to call company for refund twice. Very unhappy.

The samples were very nice on my baby. No allergic reactions to their skin. Love the lotion most. Would recommend to my friends.
I can appreciate a good quality product that is made from good clean ingredients. I would like to have received additional information on the presence of certain components I want to avoid (such as pthalates, parabens, etc) as well as whether they were tested on animals.
Once the order was made, it was a very quick process.
I think it is outstanding that a company like EverydayHappy will send you samples of their products of your choice before you decide if you would like to become a member. I cant wait to tell my friends and family about EverydayHappy and spread the wonderful.
The baby wipes are the best I've very used. Exceptionally strong, smells good and works well
When I sent for my free sample I didn't know that automatically signed me up to receive a monthly package. It wasn't until I happened to look at my checking account that I saw a $121 charge from you guys. I called to find out what it was and that's when I found out that I was enrolled. I immediately cancelled but I couldn't get the shipment cancelled and was told it would be up to me to pay the return fee plus restocking fee. It would've been nice to get an email saying that I had a shipment coming so I could've cancelled the shipment and the subscription. I still haven't used the products and don't plan to.
I like that the things are natural & they get delivered directly to your home.
I signed up for the Everyday samples and was impressed. Although I opted not to receive a shipment at this time, I feel the products are of good quality. I was happy with all products, especially the laundry detergent.

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect... Not only is unethical it is totally inconsiderate of the consumer who may not have funds to pay this outrageous bill of overcharged quantity and quality of product without a response from the consumers satisfaction of the initial sample. The only justification are emails that were sent from your company to my spam mail and a piece of paper sent with the sample that was not returned to your company or responded to in any other manner that would give the impression that I as a consumer was even satisfied. I spoke with Nikki Crown, a supervisor, who sent me an email with a return label but then advised me that I would still be charged a $10 dollar fee once the product is returned which is manic considering that I did not desire the long term subscription and or product beyond the sample in the first place. This is totally unfair. I am writing this email in hopes your company will stop scamming its consumers and state openly the consumers obligation and receive proper authorization before charging consumers cards for unwanted product.
