I had the wrong dates so needed to cancel. The concert is not for another 4 months. I would thing they have plenty of time toresell these. Called customer service to try to cancel and was not allowed to.
OAR and Train were absolutely amazing! I took my mom for a mother's day gift and she loved it! The only issue I had was they didn't have the screens for the side of the stage so you could see them. I was row 10 section A and I was on the end and it was hard to see. But amazing show! Loved it
The show was great but I would have NEVER spent the amount of money that I did if I knew that the view was going to be obstructed. We couldn't even see the stage! That was a HUGE disappointment! I think there needs to be better instructions on where obstruction are. I would have rather been general admission where I could see the screen on the stage even. When spending over $700 I should be able to see the stage not speakers!

I didn't go because your mobile site changed the date and location. You prey on people by using a bait and switch by taking money and giving random tickets to random dates and locations. Then telling me there's nothing you can do when I report a problem. I'm out $77 bucks. And I still have to buy tickets else where because you didn't have them. If I could rate you a 0 I would.
The view from the suite box seats is great, unfortunately the sound sucks. Think it was reverb from the ceiling, that or the speaker in front of the box was off on timing also as there were no extras with the box not really worth it. Ended up standing behind the pavilion seats for half the show, for better sound.
Took Daughter and 19 year old grandson. Their first play... the Love it! So did I.
Want to see the other plays like Motown and Dirty Dancing. Can't wait!
NAMESTE My amazing U2!
I am ecstatic to announce that I am no longer a U2 virgin. It was my first ever U2 concert. I was SO excited to finally see you after so many, many years of loving your music, and being moved always by your political views. But quite honestly, I just wanted to see Larry bang on his drums! A vision of utmost mastery, and beauty, and MAD SKILLS. The concert overall had amazing sound... not sure what magic you used, but I was so impressed, I stayed for about a half hour after, in absolute transfixed awe. I love all the members of U2, so much I wanted to hug you all. I yelled out "WE LOVE YOU"... we the collective consciousness LOVE YOU... I hope you heard that... I Hope you felt appreciated, as you all should. You all have MAD SKILLS, but DAMN, Larry has my heart. How could he not? He started the band, and set into motion a legacy of a lifetime. I love U2...

In the parking lot I met a funny older man that was deliciously drunk, two guys actually. They wanted a cig from me, Djarum Clove Vanilla Cigar. They were having the time of their life, and I got caught up in their bliss. They payed me for my last two cigars, They told me they love the smell, and could they pay me for one. So funny. One guy said he was Larry's Uncle. Highly doubt it... people throw out celebrities names like old bath water, but in case he was truthful, He was DAMN funny! Made me laugh and smile :) I also was able to get a T-shirt from a vender that walked by. So, I got my U2 souvenir, and a full heart of happiness. All around, I would rate the evening out, on a scale from 1 to 10, a 100 to the 10th power. Yeah, BEAUTIFUL DAY :)

I want my money back. I already emailed regarding this and haven't received a response. I have the tickets to support this. When the ticket scanner read my bar code, it said "refund".

Good performance... but I paid 57 for each tickets and they showed 25 on each ticket.
Acting and singing was great. My daughter loved it!
Thought I purchased row J and it turns out I purchased balacony J, the second to last row in the entire theater. After taxes and fees I paid over $300.00 for two seats that were not only the second to last row but they have a huge metal bar in front of them that were eye level.
So our view was obstructed the entire show and there was no printed warning or disclaimer. When I purchase shows from a broadway theater my tickets disclose a partial view even if the seats are under a balacony and do have a direct obstruction.
We were very disappointed to pay that much for a show only to have our view blocked the entire performance. This should have been disclose, I would have chose other seats. We are moving to Greenville and we're hoping to purchase the series so we will give it another chance and steer clear of balcony.
33% Service Fee is outrageous. The only thing worse is to bury the service fee in the fine print. I will never, ever use this service again.
The entire ticket buying process was very streamlined and the concert was great! I loved the ticket delivery and the premier parking was awesome!

I bought tickets for my friend and I to see Willie Nelson. I NEVER saw anything of Willie! What I was an unfamiliar band first and then the Charlie Daniels Band, which I was very disappointed in! I waited until 9:30 pm for Willie to come on. Did not happen until 10:30 pm before he appeared! My friend and I had left by this time. Since when does the main draw of a concert appear last? I will never use this avenue for tickets again! Very poor event information given! I also feel your high handling rate is unfair!
I came with high expectations and they did not disappoint me. Not only was the dancing, music and stage set outstanding the title of their show was fabulous. Since they move all the time as performers, the title fit, however linking it to peoples emotions and life issues it brought a broader scope to the word and the love they brought to the stage immense. I could see them over and over, Thank you
