Never again will I purchase tickets this way again. Ticket face value=$99.50, Ticket resale price =$159.00 (59% markup), Service fee=48.50 (for what, since they already made $59.50 from the markup of the original ticket price?), & then to add insult to injury, an added fee for "Delivery"=$7.95 (to send me EMAIL tickets)! So 2 $99.50 tickets ($199.00) cost me $422.95 (a markup of 112.5%) Now, do you think I will ever be stupid enough to buy tickets this way again?!

The acoustics of this venue are really good. All of the performances were excellent. The lawn area is pretty much for the youth getting drunk. If you are 20 something, you will love it. If you are older, probably not so much. The youth are basically there for the party not the concert so it is rather distracting if you are in the mid lawn section. We did move up to to the top of the lawn area which was better. Also the lawn area needs more portable toilets than 6. Not nearly enough the the mass of people who purchase lawn tickets. If I would return to this venue, I would definitely not purchase lawn tickets. Highly recommend purchasing a VIP parking pass. Well worth the extra money since you have a better parking area and also VIP concert entrance. Traffic is heaving getting in and out of this venue.

I WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTED THAT MY E-TICKETS WERE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL LATE MORNING, THE DAY OF THE CONCERT! I WAS INFORMED WITHIN MY CONFIRMATION THAT I SHOULD HAVE MY TICKETS BY 6/5/17 AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM UNTIL 6/7/17 AFTER I CALLED AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME IN 2 DAYS. IT WAS VERY STRESSFUL AND CONCERNING ESPECIALLY KNOWING I HAD A LENGTHY DRIVE JUST TO ATTEND THE CONCERT. ALL CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY NICE AND I UNDERSTAND THAT THE VENUE HAD A 24 HOUR HOLD ON THE TICKETS BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION SHARING THAT INFORMATION, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL TO BEGIN WITH HOWEVER, RECEIVING THE TICKETS ON THE MORNING OF THE CONCERT IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE! DUE TO THIS EXPERIENCE, I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT USING THIS SITE AGAIN.

I bought these tickets in a rush. I went to the first website that showed up in the Google search. The tickets were priced at around $45 a piece, and the service charge was around $15 a piece. But when I looked at the face values of the tickets after printing them, they were $25. My friend bought his ticket directly from TicketFly, DAYS AFTER I bought mine, and he only paid the face value of the ticket, plus something like an $8 service fee. So, kudos on the SEO tricks EventTicketsCenter, but you won't EVER fool me again. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid your "service" at all times. I paid twice what I would have if I had just bought from TicketFly, and the tickets I bought were labeled TicketFly. So obviously this site somehow just acts as a completely unnecessary middle man between people and TicketFly and leeches money from people. Disgusting.

Personally, I have never seen a concert that is anything as fabulous as this one. I love both performers for their talent and for their love for each other and all of humankind. The graphics, set background visuals, the lighting, the quality of the sound were all absolutely top notch. As my husband said: "Everyone involved in the production is a professional." He enjoyed the concert so much. I was so happy because he isn't really "into" country music. As Tim says: "It was one of those nights!" I will never forget it. It was a dream come true to see Tim and Faith, and this performance far exceeded my expectations! You WON'T be disappointed!
