Your web site implied that I could down load my tickets. This did not occur. I had to go to the box office to get the tickets and realized that the face value of the tickets are $44.00 and I paid $71.00 plus handling charges of $70.29 plus delivery charges of $7.95. Given that your organization did not allow me to purchase and download the tickets and my only recourse was to download the Apps on my phone, I had not choice but to go to the ticket office at the stadium where I was able to get actual tickets. Having done this, I will always go to the box office and will never purchase tickets from your organization.

So, I suppose its OK to have places where holders of tickets can "resell" them. You should know however that in many, many cases, the tickets sold at these sites are incredibly over-priced. Some events are SO POPULAR, that tickets can be resold for many times their actual venue price. That's capitalism. In my case, Google search came up with this site at the top of the list when I searched for tickets to a concert in Charlottesville, VA - Portugal. The Man. (the concert was GREAT by the way!). I was anxious to get the tickets, and I did not perform due diligence. If I had scrolled down a ways, I would have discovered that this site does NOTR represent the concert venue. If I had gone to the concert venue site, I could have purchased my tickets for 1/3 the price! BURNED! And now learned.

I purchased 2 tickets for $630.00 as a father day gift, which was a price I was willing to pay for this special occasion. During checkout, I was hit with a $207.90 third party service fee, cancelling the order was not an option and I was told I could resell. My ticket order was not available until a few days before the scheduled event. As time went by, I just chucked it up to a live and learn situation. Looking at the available seating chart, I new my husband would enjoy the show. Arriving at our seats we discovered that we had an obstructed view of sound equipment and tents. The seating chart did not truly reflect the seating situation nor was I informed of the obstructed view. Kid Rock did deliver a great show, but was limited to stage area due to the same sound system obstruction as our view. It was disappointing to be in row "10" and have to look at a TV monitor to get a clear view of the show. Had I chosen to resell my tickets to later find out they were in an obstructed view, I'm sure it would have been disastrous!

New band is so full of life and energy. 90 non-stop minutes of spot on professional musicianship. Go see him, you will not be disappointed... unless your looking for something slower... then go see Sting.

I saw Garth Brooks name listed first on the venue and jumped all in, paid good money for good seats including the outrageous fees. Ticket alone was 89.00 all together four tickets in section 101 row MM cost $800.00 including those fees. I believe the only reason they used Garth's name was to sell out the show. Garth performed two songs at the very end and he was what I think we were all expecting to see. I heard so many disappointed people sitting around me I am sure I am not the only person totally unhappy with the event.

HOWEVER - paying $18.81 PER TICKET for the priviledge of being sold a ticket by EventTicketsCenter made me very unhappy. And on top of that, I was charged a $7.95 'delivery charge' for the ticket to be emailed to me, that I then had to print out myself.

This reminded me why I don't bother to go see concerts anymore.

Man up, & just give me the bottom line cost in the price of the ticket. Don't be shady & add fabricated extra charges once I'm checking out.
