The tickets we bought were not valid due to a private party being booked. We ended up missing all of Pink due to the issue. The stadium was kind enough to resolve the issue after a hour and a half. I would not buy from this site again.

I was sent information about a concert with Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood. I paid over $600 for 2 tickets. The information I was sent in the beginning never mentioned anyone except those two and Trace Adkins. When we got there it was 50 Years of Song and Garth, Trisha, and Trace each sang only 1 song. Very Misleading. I will never buy any more tickets from EventTicket Center. I paid double what everyone else around us did. I also had to threaten to get my tickets hours before the show. I didn't get my tickets till that afternoon. The lady on the phone told me if I didn't have my code (which was sent on ticket purchase 5 mos earlier) she couldn't help me. I had my info and there was no code on there. She finally sent it to me. As I said, not the concert I paid for, paid too much, and had a hard time even getting tickets in hand. Never again.

I bought my tickets with the impression that I was going to be withing thbe third row of the stage, only to find out out I was up in the stands next to the stage. I didn't have a good look at the band since i was at an awkward angle. The description when I bought the tickets, it said gold package
Premium reserved lower level ticket, 3 sections closets to the stage. Was not what I got. Dissapointed to say the least, I should have done my homework.At least I got merchandise.
Ricky Martin is the best performer. His appearance, songs in English and Spanish, dancing not just hip hop and lighting make this an excellent concert to attend.

I paid you twice the face value of the ticket for a venue that wasn't 3/4 full ( I sat beside someone that only paid $40 for their ticket). I was charged an absorbent service fee for each ticket. Then to top it off, I was charged a $9 delivery fee to email a ticket. I thought this type of service had been outlawed in Tennessee. Rest assured that I will be contacting the State Attorney General's office.

The purpose of such restrictions is to prevent ticketing fraud via multiple printings of the same ticket. Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done in your situation.

Some how I ended up with tickets for Friday nights game instead of Saturday nights game that I thought I was buying tickets for! So when I got there I had to purchase new tickets for the price is 35.00 a piece
