Was very impressed with this company. I purchased Microsoft Office 2010 Professional for $199.00. That is an amazing price. Then I received an email that they were out of that product so they were sending me the download for Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus at no additional cost to me. In addition, the license allows me to download the product on two computers!

The instructions and link for the download with key were received in my email box within two hours. I installed the programs and all seem to be working well. I would definitely use this company again.

This is a wonderful website. They have great prices on lots of popular, everyday software. Site is easy to use and locate products. Their customer service / sales people are truly knowledgeable about the in depth details involved with multiple licensing of MS Office. I purchased a couple dozen licenses and due to low stock was upgraded to the Plus version at no additional charge. What a treat! Thanks for the great value and excellent service.

Everything went exactly as described for their download software. I ordered an Adobe Acrobat X download and received the licenses and download link via email in a little over an hour. Of course I was skeptical of their very low prices for software, so I did call them before I ordered to confirm that this price was for the full version (not an upgrade) and I also asked about how quickly I would get my downloadable licenses and they said I would receive an email within 2 hours of placing my order. That is exactly what happened and the software loaded and activated perfectly. I am very pleased to have found this low cost software supplier.

Office 2010 Pro for $200 seems to be what draws a lot of people to these guys. Got a similar story to many others where the email was delivered promptly and it claimed we'd been "upgraded" to Professional Plus.
Here's the straight story, Plus is a volume license product typically sold to companies under a volume license agreement with an initial purchase requirement of 5 licenses. You get a nice website via Microsoft to manage your purchases all in one place. Evaluesoftware is apparently purchasing additional volume licenses under their own account and reselling them to end users as a "retail" product.

Spent about an hour on the phone with various Microsoft departments before getting to someone who could answer whether or not this was all above board, despite the somewhat deceptive description provided by evaluesoftware. Final verdict, this is a practice that is more frequently done when a customer requires the features of Plus, but doesn't need 5 licenses to open an account with Microsoft. It's kosher in their eyes if not a little unconventional. All that remains is the deception on the part of evaluesoftware in calling it a retail version. Volume licenses otherwise are valid on both a desktop and a mobile device for one user per license as they claim.
Also had some install problems caused by odd conflicts between the retail preinstall on new Dell laptops and the volume license install. Remove the preinstall and any other existing retail office products and you should be good to install the volume license copy.

Microsoft Office 2010 Professional is so expensive til I come to this web site "EvalueSoftware". I was kind of hisitated to purchase right away because the price is too good so I did research what other people are saying about it and I check the store with BBB and it shows up as not being accredited at least it checked out with them. The moment came when I decided to buy Microsoft Office 2010 Professional with them. The service was great. They email me the download link and the product activation within two hours. However, the one I wanted was Microsoft Office 2010 Professional and they said they were out of stock and they free upgraded me to Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus. I thought that was alittle strange. Anyway, like I said the service was great and quick. EvalueSoftware I doubt you no more. Thank you for you great service.

I was a bit leery - read mixed reviews about this company - but decided to take a chance. The price for Office 2007 was good. I installed it - almost - and got an error message.

I emailed the company assuming it was something to do with the software I downloaded. The rep responded quickly. She suggested I try again, as this problem is common to this product.

I reinstalled - and got the same error message. So I phoned the onscreen Microsoft number and got walked through a repair of the problem. All is well now and my Office 2007 works. Yay!

My experience with evaluesoftware was very positive and I will likely use them again!
