The order was easy to place for exactly what I wanted (Microsoft Office Professional 2010). I received an e-mail with my code and download info within 30 minutes. I installed the product and all aspects work great. It could not have been any faster or easier, and the price was the best I could find online on any site.

I needed an MS Office business package for a new computer. After comparing several possibilities, I chose to go with evaluesoftware because they were the cheapest. They emailed me promptly letting me know they were out of the product, but to my surprise they gave me an upgrade for the same price. Received the key and download within hours. I'm a happy shopper.

I don't know a lot about computers but the site and customer services were great to work with. I also did not have to wait a long time to talk to someone both times I called (Itold you I don't know a lot about computers!). The deals were better than others that I had reviewed, I will use them again!

I had to look twice at the pricing for the software. Far less expensive than the manufacturer. Interesting business model. They operate like independant brokers for softwaremakers - the downloads I bought came directly from Microsoft. They were very accomodating to my requests.

Very responsive and personal. Corrected a mistake quickly and efficiently.

I downloaded an adobe program. The instructions sent with the download were missing critical information. When I called, the person on the phone was almost rude insisting the instructions were in the email I had been sent. Once she gave me the info I needed all worked well but too bad what I had to go through to get the info.

It was easy to find the software I needed and the download went smoothly, and the pricing was MUCH better than the other sites that I shopped.
