I was nervous buying from a site I'm not familiar with but my experience with eValue Software was excellent. I had accidentally purchased the wrong product & the customer service was great. Claudia Umana walked me through everything I needed to do to fix my mistake. She charged my card for the difference in price & sent me the correct download almost immediately. Within minutes of hanging up the phone with Claudia, I was installing the correct program. They have much better customer service than any other site I've bought from, including Amazon. I will definitely use eValue again & am recommending them to everyone I know.
I had problems installing the software, but I eventually realized it was my stupidity that was the problem. Once my wife showed me "my problem" everything worked great. The website was helpful in explaining things to me and helping to analyze "my problem".

Last week I called the tool-free # just to mkake sure what I saw I was correctly interpretting. The lady who took my call was very patient and helpful. She even educated beyond what I was calling for & that additional info was very helpful unexpectedly.
I then called again y-day. That lady was just as everything above as the other one was. So... I'd actually give your site & my experience a 4.5 star rating.
Answer: I just used evaluesoftware and expected an Adobe Acrobat X download within "2-4" hours per their e-mail to me. I soon receieved another e-mail that said they were out of stock for licenses and that it would be 5 days before I would be able to download. I read all of the comments on this site and called them immediately to get a refund but was surprised when they gave me a serial number allowing me to change my trial version (previosuly dowloaded from Adobe) to a full working version. The customer service rep did say they were out but she just happened to have an extra copy. I entered the serial number and it worked. So, other than the e-mail suggesting delays, I was able to purchase the software at a significant savings and get a serial number the same day. Now, whether this serial number is one that has several licenses attached to it or not, i do not know but I do have my software and it works. Thanks to all who commenetd on this thread. By calling I suspect I may have averted a problem similar to others.
