Product was completely as advertised. Process was simple and easy.
Polite young lady by phone. Went into web site ordered product. Waited for e-mail, downloaded product, installed, tested and run. All within four hours time. Everything was very efficient. Would certainly purchase from them again.

I first contacted their customer service to discuss software versions and upgrade options. I found the customer service representative to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I then placed an order on the evaluesoftware.com website for the latest release of Abode Acrobat Pro. Within an hour, I received a key code with a link to download the software. I had no problems downloading or registering the software. Their prices are the lowest that can be found for a legitimate software seller who knows what they are doing and is customer-focused. I was unsure at first because of their low prices, but after reading several reviews and through my own experience, I can recommend them without hesitation.
Delivered as promised. Instructions for downloading and installing the purchased software were clear and everything worked out as desired.
Found the Office for Mac software on their site, got the code faster than promised and it worked. No big hoops to jump through and everything worked well. It was also easier than the Microsoft site for figuring out which sort of license I needed (and that's what sold me, not the fact the price was a bit lower).
The website was very easy to use and the company exceeded expectations regarding delivery. The website indicated downloads would be made during business hours and if purchased on a weekend, it could take up to 24 hours. I recieved my email with download instructions very soon after placing my order on a Sunday evening.
It came with the key code and installation was a snap. I checked out a couple of the programs and everything seems to be exactly as promised.

I was really happy to get the Microsoft Office suite for my Mac at such a good price. Purchasing and downloading the product were quick and efficient and I would gladly do business with evaluesoftware again.

Got back to me with download instructions and a product key within an hour. Halped me through some startup issues related to Windows 8.
Received software product key via e-mail within an hour. Unfortunately, the product key was not a valid one. We called the company and they immediately sent a new product key... software was installed without issue at this point. Customer service was friendly and prompt. Price was a very good value. With my experience to date, I would recommend evaluesoftware.com to others.
Was able to buy the student addition of Microsoft Office for the Mac for my college student in a downloadable format where I was able to download directly to his laptop. Was quick and easy and saved me money since it was cheeper than other sites and he needed the program for an English paper due the same day.
The whole process worked like I hoped it would--only better! First, we searched several sites and found that evaluesoftware offered by far the lowest prices. After we ordered it, confirmation arrived immediately, and within 2 hours the product was e-mailed to us. The surprise was that the version we ordered was out of stock so they substituted the higher version at no additional cost! Boy, did we luck out!
