I just purchased software from EvalueSoftware.com and I was extremely pleased with the price and efficiency of receiving the downloadable version. I was concerned that the price was so little compared to other websites so I called Evalue and was pleased with the answers to my questions and the professionalism of the customer service representative. I would have no issue with purchasing software from them again in the future.

Big wall of text, sorry, but I want to give people details about my experience so they don't get fooled too:
Tried to get Adobe lightroom 4.0 at a good price, ordered the download version, got an email from Tavish Brower at eValueSoftware: "I apologize for the inconvenience as we are currently out of stock for the download license keys you have purchased, due to a few outstandingly large orders. The shipment for the license keys are on their way and are expected within the next week."
I download software ALL the time and asking a customer to wait until they get a new shipment of product keys in is ridiculous... as well... there seem to be other people in this review site saying similar things... very suspect...
They DID cancel my order, (I cancelled it the same day), but the CSR on the phone told me to check my email right away because they mus have gotten some keys in and they JUST sent me an email with the download/key... wow...
When I confirmed that I did not have a new email from Tavish Brower with my download and key, she acted all confused and said that they'll cancel my order but that she was taking a risk that I was being honest that the email did not come in... again... wow...
60 seconds later, the cancellation/refund email comes into my inbox... never saw the download/key email that was apparently "JUST SENT" by Tavish Brower.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2010 Pro AE 1 User Download but was upgraded to Full Retail version of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus at no extra cost. Order was quick, easy, emailed directly the same day(weekday). No problems with the setup.

They were the best price I could find via Google and Amazon. They were quick, didn't waste my time, good price. They were out of the version of software I needed, so they gave me a super upgraded version (about $150 extra value) free. I didn't have to ask for it, I still had the software download immediately, I'll use them again next time I need software.

Easy to do business with. Response time to get my product key was great. I would definitely trust this seller and buy form them agian.
This website had a good price for the software I needed, and their telephone line quickly answered the questions I had. No waiting on hold, either. The website later informed me that they were out of the product I had ordered, MS Office Professional, and they offered MS Office Office Professional Plus at no extra cost. I liked the fact that I could download shortly after I completed the order. Did have to wait a couple of hours for my authorization code. Program is working fine.
I don't know why I even look anywhere else first. Purchasing software from this company is easier than any other purchase experience I've had AND for less than anyone else offers it. This recent purchase was only my second major software purchase from evaluesoftware, and the next time I am looking to make a software purchase, I'll save some time and just go to evaluesoftware.com first.
