Purchased MS Office for Mac 2011 Business edition. Received email with serial number and link to download trial software from microsoft within an hour. Plugged in serial during install and I was up and running. No problems what so ever!

I purchased a software download through evaluesoftware.com. The purchase was pretty quick and easy. Later, after the site administrators had confirmed my order, I got a followup e-mail advising that the site had run out of the exact software I had ordered, and asking if I would accept a premium version of that software at the price I'd originally paid. What that says to me is, here is a site where customer satisfaction matters, even if the retailer loses a buck here or there. Smart... They know I'll be back.
