I purchased k95 masks(10 pack) from eVacuumStore and used my first mask from them last week. The string on the very first mask I put on broke off and I did not even stretch it more than necessary to put it around by ear. This happened when I was going into a Home Depot store so the mask was completely useless.
These masks are poor quality. I contacted eVacuumStore via email but they never bothered to respond. I purchased a vacuum from eVacuumStore in the past but I will never buy from them again because of their poor customer service and the poor quality of the k95 masks I Purchaed from them.
Ordered June 6; delivered June 27. Customer service responsive until I eventually requested to cancel my order. Then did not hear again. Parts were of quality as expected.
I contacted eVacuumStore prior to my purchase of a central vacuum hose to make sure it would fit my Power Head. I was assured by the Customer Service Rep that it is the correct hose for my Power Head. When I received the hose, the power cord from the head did not fit into the hose. I was told to return the hose in the original box, however, I was responsible for the cost. The cost was $35.00. I opened a case with eVacuumStore explaining that it was their misinformation that they provided prior to the purchase and would appreciate if they covered the cost of the shipping. They never responded to the case. I contacted Customer Service directly and the Representative informed me that they will not refund the shipping cost even though I was misinformed. I will never purchase from them again and hope others take heed when they are not exactly sure of what they are purchasing.
Apparently there is one person in the store and he cannot recognize what type of bag it is by looking at the bag. AND he wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. He said No One at the store can look at a bag and sell you that bag. WOW.
Was unable to find this part anywhere, called the store and had it ordered in like 2 min. EXCELLENT customer service and very knowledgeable.
I was able to find the bags that i couldn't find in the store. Very happy and received my order very quickly.
I bought 10 KN95 masks for $60 - good price except they are a cheap Chinese knockoff not worth more than $1. They didn't have the N95 certification printed on the mask. Another order I placed for vacuum bags was never delivered. Do not purchase from this company.
I could not decide what the right part was right for my vaccum... Because there were several. I called... the lady that answered the phone was very helpful. Figured out the part. N that was it. Sent part. It was perfect. Vaccum is back to great. Thank you.
I ordered a motor from them on the 4th got an email saying that it was shipped on the 6th called them on the 11th was told it was back ordered. But got email asking for a review of them on the 7th on something I have not gotten yet. I called 3 different days trying to find my motor I checked the address each time I called after the 6 day of calling I finally got a tracking # it was sent to 205 not 305 it took me 5 days of calling to find my part not a happy person
They sent me the wrong part for my Roomba without explanation. It took a while to hear back from them, and when I did, they wanted me to do all the work to return it.
Wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing from them!
I ordered a bissell turbo brush waited two weeks for delivery and got a completely different tool I called customer service spoke to a very rude guy that spoke over me and offered me my money back. I called two days later and ask to for a manager and a women called Donna said that there was no manager. She offered me a discount for the item that I originally ordered and that was advertised on there website. I was just FED UP! So I asked for my money back that took three weeks to get back and I only got back a partial refund. I called back for the rest that I eventually got back this business is ESHADDDDDYY! WARNNING!. DO NOT SHOP THERE.
I ordered a part which, after 21 days of waiting, never arrived. When I emailed their customer service, my complaint was met with customer service sending a document with the USPS tracking number, detailing the package had been delivered! When I attempted resolution over the telephone I was treated with total disdain. I have learned a lesson which cost me $26.98 that eVacuumStore is happy to take your money but once they have it, they could care less. Definitely NOT a reputable business! Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware)!
When I received my items was was damaged and inoperable. It took server all emails and two phone calls in order to get reimbursed... Which was short by two dollars. When I addressed this, I received no reply. After several attempts, I just gave up on getting any type of a resolution... it just wasn't worth it, and I could not deal with the lack of respect over this whole transaction.
I would recommend to NOT work/order from this company.
They are a total fraud. They shipped out a vacuum that is not performing as described. They clearly state they will accept returns! Now because of COVID-19, they have changed their minds. The customer service is zero.
Edit. Evacuumstore has agreed to take back the vacuum. They will not be issuing credit right away. I hope they still will once the pandemic is behind us.
I was specific with the saler on the telephone about my vacuum beam 253 and asked for the cloth filter for that, so he say yes we have I bought finally arrived I opened and the size was 2x small. When I order with the customer service I asked more than one time if is the right one his answer was "yes that will fits your vacuum ". You expected that they are professionals and know what they are selling but his expertise was sale take a hold of your money (boosting his commission) for 40 days until you return the wrong purchase. I call that a scene. Be aware!

Ordered Electrolux PU3650 Platinum Builders for $1599. 99... my husband spent over a week installing throughout the walls in the house. We still have not received the accessory package or the bonus packages so I have no Vaccum to Vaccum the floors. Shirley Herberger Order#******* 12/30/2019
I placed my order on 12/12. Received an email on 12/13 that it shipped. Have not received it. Emailed their support team on 12/23 and was told they would respond with tracking number. I still hadn't received an update so on 12/26 I contacted them again. They finally got back to me on 12/29 that it was on backorder. I asked when they expect to be back in stock and they still haven't responded. I am hoping that the money I spent hasn't been wasted.
I couldn't find the name of the part that I needed on the name brand site. Your schematic diagram of parts was solo helpful and I was able to get the perfect part and was up and running 10 minutes after the part was delivered.
I would recommend this store to anyone who needed a part. Quick efficient service
