I bought this for my travel trailer. I love plugging it in and being able to do the whole thing, without moving the plug. There isn't much carpet, but a lot of linoleum, and it cleans it up good. I also like having a bag instead of having to empty a plastic cup. The handle is a lot lighter than a stick vacuum. This company fulfills the order right away, no problems, top notch!
Website was easy to navigate, found what I wanted and ordered it. Vacuum bags arrived in a short time, very happy with my first experience with the eVacuumStore. I will certainly order from them again.
To fix my 1521 Electrolux vacuum power head vacuum. I replaced the beater bar and it works like a charm. Nice and quiet too.

I placed an order on October 22,2020. Provided a street address for delivery as directed by website. Store shipped via a combination shipping service that ultimately dropped the package at a U.S. Post Office that not only does not serve my street address but is in another County. Through tracking I learned on 10/27/2020 that the post office returned the package. I notified eVacuum through their website of this problem and received an automated reply that a "Case" had been opened. Never any further communication on my "case." I learned through tracking that the returned package was received by eVacuum on 11/04/2020 at 9:50 a.m. On 11/12/2020 after not receiving any credit to my account I called customer service and spoke with "Mike." He checked tracking and confirmed it showed delivery to them on 11/4. He advised he was sending an email and my credit should be through in a few days. Today is December 4th, a month since eVacuum received the returned package and I still do not have a credit. I called eVacuum returns and was told just because it was received in their warehouse on 11/4 didn't mean they processed it then. The man I spoke with exceedingly rude and still was unable to tell me when I might receive a credit. On October 22nd eVacuum had no trouble charging my credit card before shipping the product, but a month after receiving it back (due to their own error,) they have not processed my refund and have no idea when they will. At this point I don't think this can be attributed to poor business skills but rather fraud.
Very happy with the Beam hose. This is an upgrade for us to not have to push the beater bar on /off with our foot and use the switch on the handle.
Ordering was easy, and I got it in a timely manner. I ordered from them before, so it made this time easier. Will use them in the future.
Excellent pricing, delivery was quick. Replacement bag was an exact fit.

Confirmed with support that this motor unit was a replacement for my Model 199D. Easy install, with no separate ground wire required as with the original unit. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the two wires had the terminals attached. I had to round some up and crimp them to the wiring.

Wanted to get a better hose for my central vacuum. Sent an email with questions on hose selection. No answers, just "call the number." Called and was told that I could only buy the same hose that came with my system or buy a new power head. He refused to offer any alternatives. It was like talking to a brick wall. Hung up.
I ordered a part for an Oreck vacuum on July 15th and paid with my credit card. I received e-mail notification that the item had shipped. After 12 days, I still had not received my order, and they had not provided me tracking info on the order that was shipped. I contacted them via e-mail to find out that the order had not actually shipped - it was "on backorder." Should ship in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, still no tracking number, and no parts received. "It will be another 2 weeks." 2 weeks later, no parts received and no tracking info. They then stopped answering my e-mails (sent them 4 requests for updates/info), and they do not answer their phones. Took my money and scammed me. It's now September 3rd - 7 weeks after paying for the part. Filing a fraud report now with Visa Security. EVacuumStore is a fraud - do not use them!
In June I ordered a vacuum hose for my thirty-three-year-old Electrolux canister vacuum cleaner. I was pleased that they had one for such an old vacuum. They shipped it promptly. After about six weeks the hose pulled out of the handle. I called the eVacuum store, talked with a pleasant and helpful customer service rep who told me they would send me a replacement. UPS delivered the replacement in two days (I live in a neighboring State). They had been having trouble with the hoses like the one they first sent me and the replacement was made by a different company and is of much better quality. I'm very happy with the eVacuum Store.
Ordered two small items which were allegedly in stock and ready to ship. My CC was charged right away, and over 11 days later, I still only have a UPS tracking # which was generated by their "warehouse". I have requested the order be cancelled and the customer service representatives refused. Note, this company simply seems to be just a reseller, as a wholesale only company named Essco actually generated the shipping label and is the "warehouse" they refer to. (See www.Essco.net) Don't get ripped off, buy somewhere else and avoid the headache.
