I was able to reference what I needed to wire up my electric brake controller. After looking at multiple websites I found the etrailer website helped me to select the correct kit.
So I ordered a rim and tire combo for my 16' trailer, with a hard to find 4 3/4" 5 lug bolt pattern. I looked all over the internet and started getting discouraged, until I found etrailers site! Not only did they have what I wanted but they had a great price too! I ordered on December 17th and received them on December 19th! Two day turn around, during the holidays?! Awsome! The tires and rims look great and came mounted and had the proper air pressure already too! Great company and will definitely order from them in the future!

I've always had great customer service when dealing with etrailer. I had a question after I placed my order, called and got an answer very quickly. Product was shipped right away and I received it in a very reasonable timeframe.
As with other reviews the packaging on the hitch took a beating but it appears that everything is there. Delivery was oustanding. Order mid morning on the 17th and delivered on the 19th
I think this is the 4th hitch I've bought from this site and every time it's easy peasy. Great prices and the user photos really help with the installation and confirmation that you're getting the right hitch.
The price was less than competitors, arrived in only a few days, and I knew it would be the right harness because it is from e-trailer! There is a e-trailer you tube video on the installation. Pay attention to press in on red/ press down on black then side to side motion.
