Like the pairing video installation and explaining the part I thought it was easy install the video was a great help it's most all videos out there always seem to have a problem this one was on the numbers.

The product is great, and etrailer.com response to a shipping issue was also great. Product was shipped in retail display box, which was damaged and parts were lost in shipment. Recommend retail boxes be placed into shipping boxes…could have avoided lost parts and delay for customer.
