Product delivered in original packaging and in new condition. Clips provided on product were wrong for my car and I had to learn how to change them. The instructions were spotty at best and the pictures were pretty much terrible. Only by looking at the box did I realize that there might be other clips involved, which I did find at the bottom of the box. There were some additional parts included that I had and still have absolutely no idea what their function is as there is no explanation on their use. I did finally get the product to fit on my car and it seems to work okay. Our upcoming trip will tell the tale as to if they work as advertised. I will call Customer Service when they are open and relate my experience.

Good so far. The hubcaps arrived today. They are in perfect condition. Our trailer is in the shop getting a new A/C unit installed. Hoping that our new hubcaps fit properly. That input later. Thank you.

The hitch came when promised it was free delivery. The videos I watched were very easy to follow and straightforward the hitch fit perfectly

The Curt hitch is nice and installed in about 20 minutes plus a few minutes for the wiring. Perfect fit, works great, looks great.

You make it harder than necessary. Typed in what I'm looking for and your sight did everything but do that. Finding d rated and 4 bolt not a simple task like it should be!
