I had a very tricky situation with a turning point kingpin on my 5th wheel and a 2023 F250 Ford where so far only a sliding hitch had been verified to work with a 2023 F250. The expert tech support person did the research to find a standard 5th wheel, and explained the pros and cons of using the turning point kingpin with a wedge (the better option) or using a slider with the locked turning point. Extremely helpful. If it has to do with trailering, rely on etrailer.com!

Lots of options, wasn't sure which to pick for brand difference. Found faq that recommend curt due to powder coating. Shipping was very fast - packaging was ok (corner sticking through box). Directions were good but the cutout diagram for bumper could have been better.

Parts were available and arrived with no damage. Company seems to have Trailer parts that I need in stock and ready to ship.

Product delivered in original packaging and in new condition. Clips provided on product were wrong for my car and I had to learn how to change them. The instructions were spotty at best and the pictures were pretty much terrible. Only by looking at the box did I realize that there might be other clips involved, which I did find at the bottom of the box. There were some additional parts included that I had and still have absolutely no idea what their function is as there is no explanation on their use. I did finally get the product to fit on my car and it seems to work okay. Our upcoming trip will tell the tale as to if they work as advertised. I will call Customer Service when they are open and relate my experience.
