Really easy transaction. Prices were on par or cheaper than everyone else, but the free shipping made it a no brained. Quality trailer hitch. Had to remove entire rear bumper to install it but the how-to video they had on this made it a breeze. Had it installed in less than an hour.

I ordered a hitch from Amazon for my 2020. Ford Ranger they sent me a class 2 hitch for a Toyota. I immediately ordered a hitch from etrailer. Should have in first place. The next day UPS came to pick up the Amazon hitch and next day I had my eyrsiler hitch.

The product is great however the instructions were extremely poorly made. The labeling of the pices left a lot to be desired and the packing of the bolts in shipping came undone and some bolts were lost in transit.

Since Atwood went out of business we had to install a different manufacturer of front jacks. First problem were the Atwood jacks were welded to the clamps and then the clamps welded to the frame of the camper. Struggled with breaking the jacks welds to the jacks. Did manage to break the welds and grind the clamps so they could be reused. Etrailer recommended replacement jacks embossments did not meet the bottom clamps spacing. Had to make shims to make the existing camps work. The replacement jacks did not come with the spacer to the jack gear drive. The old space taken off worked perfectly. Overall the new jacks appear to work properly. The high speed motor raises the camper twice as fast as the old jacks.

Great. I thought this bed extension would be a better way of transporting my bona-fide ss127. Turned out to be the best idea all year

Had a video showing the installation process and lots of photos so you could see what you were actually buying. The only thing I did not care for was the delivery date stated on the website when I ordered the part. After I ordered the delivery date changed 3 times. This is not a big deal in this instance but it has caused issues in the past with other vendors. Sometimes I buy from the guy who says he can get it the fastest. That turns out to not be the case most of the time. I can overlook this one though as etrailer was the only ones who stocked a class 2 hitch for my car at an agreeable price.
