Great price looks excellent easy install cant wait to put in my bike rack and go riding

Ordered for etrailer many times and will continue to do so. I found the Fulton XLT trailer jack for my Venture Custom boat trailer. Unfortunately, the USPS damaged the package severely and lost some of the mounting parts in the process. So, I had to return for a replacement.
Customer Service was very quick to respond and very helpful.

I accidently placed two orders for the same product. My mistake was caught by e-trailer customer service and only one of the orders was processed until they were able to confirm that I actually wanted two of the same item. I called to confirm the second order was a mistake. I was able to cancel the order before it was shipped saving me the hassle of returning the item. Thanks e-trailer

Delivered on time. Double boxed, no damage.
Directions are easy to follow.

Good quality product, instructions for installation leave a little to be desired.

I ordered my hinge on a Saturday, with an ETA of the following Saturday. Well, I received it on Thursday, 2 days earlier than scheduled - I was glad for that, and got started on the project one day earlier.

A clam shell style snowmobile trailer and my current tires were over 15 years old and rusting. These new tires from etrailer were the perfect fit and at a good price. And they came fully inflated. Absolutely would buy them again.

etrailer.com is a great company but the last hitch I ordered arrived too bent to install. It was packed in a box without padding and UPS must have dropped it pretty hard. Even though the replacement hitch was packed the same way, it fortunately arrived today undamaged.

I received the part a little later than normal shipping time. However I ordered the part during the Christmas holidays Excellent customer service they ensured I received what I purchased.

Got the bags ordered, and communication was good through the whole process. As well as the tracking updates. Customer Service also contacted me via email to make sure my parts did arrive. Very happy with the whole process, and will come to them again for future needs.

Still have to install the bags on my 2023 tacoma.
