Easy ordering, fast delivery easy installation, only problem I had in the beginning was syncing the unit but finally got it working

I ordered a kit for trailer wires I needed for the following weekend. It got shipped usps not ups or fedex. Definitely did not get here in time for my trip. Great product great company just pay for the better shipping if you have a deadline! I will use this company again as they have great products at fair prices. Just wish someone would have given me a heads up my parts were not going to arrive as stated during the order process

Buying experience and shipping time was excellent. The product was not as good as I expected. No directions and quality wasn't good

We installed the part but it didn't work so we checked the power to the units and had plenty of power going to all parts. I kept moving the parts and then I grabbed the ground wire and looked to see where it was connected and when I saw where it was ground to the frame there was sparks everywhere. I removed the screw and drilled the hole a bit larger and replaced the screw, connected the wire checked the door and everything worked wonderfully. It was the ground wire connection all the while

Received items quickly, good price. Haven't installed yet, will see how long the fenders hold up.

Fast and easy. They just need to learn to pack the item better. The box showed up with a total of 8 holes in it and the hitch hanging part way out...
