This was a great shopping experience. The hitch fit perfectly, the wiring harness was exactly as needed.

Be sure to buy the right size for your tires. It can be difficult to find the right ones.

I purchased the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 46" (kit) very late at night,
By 4pm the very next day I received all the hardware. The crossbars arrived later in the week.
I love the fact that when you place an order on etrailer, you can follow every bit of the process, who received the order, who pulled the order and who shipped the order. Thanks Everyone at etrailer!

P.S. The Roof bars fit like a glove.

It started my search for some airbags for my tundra, not only did they have the correct layout so I can choose which option was correct for my truck, they also had the best price anywhere on the internet. Even second-hand units on eBay that have been open for more expensive. The clear communication and shipping practices also made it a great process and I had the parts within 3 days

Fast delivery and easy installation at a great price

I got this because my 2023 Crossroads Sunset Trail trailer was pre-wired for it. Indeed, it only took 5 minutes to install but then I couldn't get a signal from camera to monitor. I called tech support at Furrion and I found out what the plug in pig tail on the monitor power cord was for and I plugged the camera in and I was able to see that the system was in fact paired and camera was working. Then, I removed the trailer marker light the system was supposed to be wired into and the rubber backing gasket that the plug ran through. When I removed the backing gasket I discovered to my surprise that the plug wire was not connected to any trailer light wiring. That's on Crossroads and had they done their job, it truly is a 5 minute install. Having viewed e-trailer's installation video video for non pre-wired trailers was helpful and after about 30 minutes I had fished out the trailer's wiring and connected the plug to the trailer lights. The system works very well and it will get the acid test when we take our next trip in May so I can see how helpful it will be to see the traffic behind on the road. My experience with e-trailer was, as always, excellent. Fast shipping and great value.

Easy, fast and user friendly. Product came before shipping date.

This is the second brake controller I have ordered from etrailer. Just because you key in the details for what type of vehicle you have DOES NOT MEAN that you are going to get the wiring harness for that vehicle. Both times I made the mistake of having to order the wiring harness separately. DO NOT GO OFF WHAT IS IN THE PICTURE! It would have been very helpful if the website at checkout asked if you need a wiring harness to connect the controller to the vehicle or if you already have one. This has led the frustrating situation of going to hook it up & not having all the parts necessary for it to work. Don't make the same mistakes I did, you cannot rely on etrailer asking if you need all the parts required to hook the device up. Part of the reason they do this is for marketing purposes, by not including the harness in the price it looks cheaper than anywhere that does.
