I ordered this for a friend but the website was very user friendly and the item was received very quickly.

Always happy with the products I buy from etrailer. Was trying to get a certain wheel this time, unfortunately I couldn't get it in a tire/wheel combo. I thought there would be a way to since the wheel was available in a combo in other sizes. This is a very common size, but alas I must order separate and have them put together at the tire shop. My local guy won't be pleased when I walk in with outside purchased tires, but hey, it's work.

Was told about etrailer from a friend. I was very satisfied with the ease in ordering. I was very satisfied with the product and the prompt delivery.

Website was easy to find what fit my vehicle and pricing was also a plus. Item shipped freight quickly and arrived fast and in great condition.

The service and care that I received was very prompt and fast delivery.

I bought the curt no splice kit with only the ground wire and it didn't work. So I bought the t-one kit and it worked out. That's what you need if you have no towing kit. If your truck didn't come stock with a tow bar most likely buy this one instead of the the curt because you need to route your own power basically. Only four stars because it came 4 days later than expected and I needed it earlier but ultimately I'm happy with it because no one else had it and it was my only option other than a full splice kit which is far more work than this. The whole process took me an hour and It was easy to route the cable nicely with about a foot of excess cable so good on them for that. Good on the company who makes the kit for using high quality crimp connectors, I just soldered it all because I could buy these ones are no joke they are of high quality definitely put them in the drawer for later rather than just tossing them like I usually do. Good kit, highly recommend, good quality.

Shipment promised to arrive Monday.
1/2 came Tuesday, 1/2 was in 2nd shipment. I had to call to fond out rest was on the way. 2nd shipment arrived Thrusday. All was promised Monday. The lack of communication is my beef.

The fenders appear to be decent quality and are exactly what we ordered, but they were not packaged very well (just shrink-wrapped together with no edge protection). They arrived dented/bent on the outer face between the wheel where it will be very visible. I will have to repair them before paint.
