Very straightforward ordering process.- would be nice to have some form of online validation that the order made sense given it's a full flat-tow setup - i.e. We haven't picked a mis-match or are forgetting something, but that' may be too much to ask for an online service.

Good except video instructions did not tell me to take off the recessed covers on the outside of the frame rails. Of course I took them off of the inside so I had to re-cover them.
