Used all the tools offered such as choosing the right hitch and video on how to install. Had to call for advise and William was great. Offered me several options to deal with my issue and everything worked out perfectly. I could be happier with choosing etrailer for my hitch.
Everything went well including timing and quality however one essential part was missing. The company was easy to work with and mailed the part immediately. I haven't received it yet but expect it soon.
When I receive my order the box was visibly opened. The order was delivered by UPS. The staples closing the box were pulled out! The merchandise was ok but clearly someone opened the box to see what was inside. I also sent an email to etrailer product review with picture on 12/21/2024
