E-trailer is a company I can get behind because of their outstanding customer service. I could order the exact same hitch from xyz but I want support.

Good price, but want to get boat trailer tires and rims and Amazon is cheaper on those.

Great Experience So Far. Order came fast and intact. Have not started installing it yet;well thats my part. But from a vendor/shipper perspective, etrailer did theyir part perfect.

Placed a first time order with this company for a bigger hitch receiver, trailer brake controller, and my vehicles specific wiring harness to go with it about a week ago. To my surprise this all shipped the same day! I was very happy and impressed with the turn around time. From one business owner in retail I never understood why it takes a lot of companies days or weeks to ship orders out. We always shipped within 24hrs ourselves depending on the time. So it was nice to see another company that cares and understands. Mind you the hitch receiver is not a small or light item either! Package said it was coming on Wednesday and ended up showing up a day early. Another nice bonus! When the item was delivered the box was pretty messed up from shipping and the brake controller was missing. Must have fell out the child sized hole in either the front or back of the box. I called customer service right away while UPS was still here and they were very quick to take care of the situation and correct the problem. I can't say enough good things about my experience so far with etrailer. I will definitely continue to use and recommend them.

Took a bit to install cause I don't like to read instructions but if you fully read it's pretty easy with another person to hold down bolts. I tried to use rocks to hold them down but didn't work to well. Ended up having my wife stand on them.

Website is easy to navigate. Shipping was fast. Pleased with the tires!
