This ultimately sold me to purchase through etrailer. The fact that it happened to be cheaper than even Amazon was an added bonus. Will shop here again.

Great customer service with awesome communication.
Drill bit wouldn't even drill 1 hole. Had to use my own bits to drill hole, then use etrailer bit to get hole to correct size. Bolts supplied would not thread. Stripped out tip. Had to buy all new bolt to complete project. Very disappointed!
The packaging was torn and taped, some parts were visible on the outside and one part was damaged probable when dropped on concrete. So, I had to protect against corrosion.
Delivery was on time. All parts were included and as the product itself fits the vehicle I am satisfied. Thank you.
