I've ordered many many parts from eTrailer and generally they do a great job. This time the plastic case that the hub came in was cracked, either in shipping or prior to shipping. Doesn't affect the part but since it's a spare I was expecting to keep it in its plastic case which is now cracked.
I got a shipping notification shortly after placing my order then my hitch showed up quickly after.
