I love etrailer. Just wish blu ox would accept responsibility for a crappy 13k sway hitch. We Keep loosing pins every trip. We are going to try the new version to see. So far different design pins worked well on 12hr drive. Will see how long they last.

I accidentally double ordered same parts. I sent yours back unopened the next day after they arrived. Over 1week ago with the label you sent me. Yet I still do NOT have a refund! When can I expect it?

Box was damaged with hitch flange sticking out of box and paint scratched off. Need to touch up flange. Second time received a damage box. Happened in 2020.

Easy to understand and very fast. Their hitch is so strong and sturdy and I 'm very sure it can tow 4000lb easy. I can't wait to use it for my next trip.
