Read lots of reviews complaining about holes lining up...dont tighten anything until all bolts are in place and it works as it should!

When the hitch arrived, the vent fitting was broken on the hydraulic pump unit. ETrailer immediately sent me another hydraulic pump assembly. Great customer service.
