Very easy to install. The only issue was the box was broken, but all the parts were taped to the hitch.

I rapidly received my item, was communicated with consistently by the vendor. Received a quality product that perfectly matched the description.

Had this delivered promptly and damage free. Had a mechanic do the install and they mentioned the instructions were not clear/correct and took longer than planned. It is installed and working as it should.

Ordered a hitch for my Honda Odyssey. Was told it would arrive on May 29. May 29 went by with no package. I checked the tracking number and it said package was still in Missouri. I emailed customer service and they said packed was being sent back to sender because of incorrect address. The address I gave them was the correct address. Customer service said we would be refunded our money in 14 days but to go ahead and re-order same item with the hopes it would be delivered. I was not going to re-order because I would be out $400+ and still possibly not receive my package. 2 days later, the package showed up in my driveway and tracking number still said return to sender. I don't know what their problem is with UPS but may want to figure it out so other customers are left without a package.

Hitch was easy to install. Had it done in 45 minutes. You will definitely want another set of hands when installing.

I order a new B&W 5th wheel head unit as it states It would be here in 3 days (Portland Or.) it came on time and it was as said it would be The new B&W fifth wheel hitch Fit my base unit works perfectly. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered something online stating it would be here in X number of days and it's always late E-Trailer Said it would be here in three days. It was thank you for being on time. This is very important to me.

From ordering to installation, the process was excellent. The YouTube video was right on the money explaining the install of the hitch and wiring harness. I couldn't have asked for more.

I wasn't sure of the part I needed. Etrailer did the research and came up with the correct part. They had it in stock and shipped it out. Received it in a few days.
