My RV was stranded in my driveway with a broken hitch. Etrailer was able process & ship my order quickly and enable me to move my RV.
My experience was I didn't listen close enough to video but assumed all trailer wheels that size had the same size lug nuts, Well apparently they don't as my boat trailer wheel that size has 3/4" lug nuts. So my assumption, my fault I'll eat the lose.
Husband installed it and thought it was going to be a much longer process but he said it was pretty easy. We're going camping so I'll see how it holds up come that date.
The video install resources on etrailer's website are the real value here. The wiring harness is quality as well.

The lock cylinders said they were 7/8 diameter, part is 3/4 diameter x 7/8 long. Was able to find some adapters and make them work
Box arrived broken. Hardware was missing. Hitch itself was intact
Everything fit as intended. Depending on your vehicle application you may need a longer bolt for the rear tow hitch bracket, but other than that everything lined up perfectly.
