I ordered some set of straps replacement for my bike rack. There was some confusion with my order. Send an email on a Sunday by Monday the missing item was in the mail on it way to my house. Exactly happy with the customer service. 10/10.

Hitch install went per instructions. Our Macan is a 2021 and the wiring was wrong per instructions. Wired per the 2022+ diagram but those were a bit lacking as well. Took about 4 hours to do entire install but I was moving slow due to the SW heat

I ordered a Pollak 50 amp switch. It arrived, but one of the contacts fell off as I was installing it. I called ETrailer and they sent me a new one.
Out of the damaged box it was covered in rust spots, prob wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was made in china, harbor freight quality, used it once so far to carry a 12ft Jon boat, going to spray it with a coat of rust-oleum, hoping to get a summer out of it then find a better option
