Needed Fenders for a trailer I am fixing up, had lots to choose from abs easily accessible hardware to boot. Can't ask for much more than that.

I got the parts I ordered. I also asked some detailed questions in evaluating alternatives, and my prior experience with eTrailer led me to expect a good response, but I did not get it. Disappointed, as I was that they only carried some of the rack parts I needed in sets of 4 (two racks), while other carried sets of 2 (one rack), which was all needed, and ordered those parts from other suppliers.

One of the mounts didn't have holes all of the way through. Was told to drill it myself. When you spend that much $ on something I shouldn't have to fix it myself or wait for 2 weeks while I send it back to you and then you send me on that I can use?

I was looking for a replacement cover for the vent on top of my lark trailer. I looked through Google and Etrailer popped up. They seemed to have a very good selection of different types and brands of vent covers. I still don't know what brand of cover is on my trailer, but the cover I chose matched the dimensions and hinge perfectly. It installed easily and has worked great ever since. The website has nice information and reviews about their products. Purchasing was about as normal as any other online retailer.

The ordering process was straight forward and seamless. The products arrived much faster than we expected it to. The packaging to protect the trailer was done very creatively; Great protection with minimal use of cardboard. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" model C******* was extremely easy to install in under 30 minutes. Torque to specs takes a bit of strength. We added threadlocker to ensure that the bolts will not come loose. The cable harness ******* plugged right into our SUV's cable and attached very nice to the C42CR Curt Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector. Everything looked very professional.
