When I was shopping for a 2 bike hitch rack I wasn't sure where to start. I found etrailer by chance and they did seem to have exactly what I was looking for. After using the "My Vehicle" tool at the top of the home page I was confident that I would have exactly what I needed for my vehicle. After the rack arrived and I assembled it, which was very easy, I quickly came to find that I did not get what I needed. The rack is too close to the spare tire on my Wrangler not allowing me to stow both bikes. I called customer support and was told that the "My Vehicle" tool does not work to find exactly what each vehicle can accommodate. I then had to go to Home Depot to get an 8 inch hitch extender to be able to transport both of our bikes.
Overall, the rack seems sturdy but the "My Vehicle" tool needs to work properly in order to avoid customers the hassle of buying extra items after purchase to get the rack to function as sold

I will order more parts from them the parts just as advertised and good customer service.
