Ordered and paid extra to have it shipped over night and order got cancelled twice and finally got an order put in and delivered on the third try

I replaced 6 of my 1997 Jayco ceiling lights with the LED lights. Old trailer with new lights, what a difference it makes. Install was easy and a perfect fit.

Box was extremely damaged, torn all the way through in multiple places, missing parts, called to have missing parts sent. Still have not received missing parts. Missing parts: 3/4 bolt, 3/4 nut, (2) 3/4 lock washers, 1/2-3 bolt and (2) 1/2-13 nuts.

First time user, was happy with the site.
The chains are well constructed and fit perfectly. The automatic tensioner is great. I would recommend these chains to anyone. Price was high but so is the quality of the product.

I great customer service when ordering the hitch and wire harness. I received the hitch within a couple of days. We took the hitch to be installed and they said it was easy to install. The only negative was the hitch came in a box that was torn apart. I think they could have done better with the boxing of everything. All the pieces were in the box luckily when received.

The hitch came early. Two holes on the hitch did not match on the frame. I had to drill the holes to match. It all worked out.

Found exactly what I needed quick and easy and it shipped fast.
