The cable is good quality. But the carabiners they give are very small, especially for this high price. These carabiners are so small they fit nothing on the back of my motorhome, not even my Roadmaster tow bar or cable connections in the back. Etrailer they would send larger ones but they never responded and none have been received.

Etrailer always has what I need to get the job done. I'm a repeat customer and go to them first for all my trailer and hitch needs.

The package took 11 days to get from Mo to Northern IL. They need to ship with different shipper.

My order was quick and easy and delivered early.
However I have received too many follow up emails from trailer.

Delivered on time. Boxed was slightly damaged (part of hitch poking out), but no damage.

Our awning arrived in just a few days of ordering, fairly good communication on the progress of the delivery. However, we did have to go to the post office to pick it up due to the size of the package. There was some slight damage, communication about the damage was quick and resolved satisfactorily.

Ordered weatherstrip for metal jack rabbit retractable bed cover (Pace Edwards). Installed new weatherstrip today. Orderering from Etrailer was easy and accurate. Shipping was quicker than quoted and the product installed easily.
