Hitch shipped and received quickly. Instead of me removing my old hitch and installing the new one I decided to go with who Etrailer recommend. Glad I did Knapp's welding did a great job and cheap, $80.

I got this quickly, and look forward to installing it in my Honda.

We were sent the wrong item had to wait until the right item came back in the mail so I can send back the wrong item now we are waiting for a credit in our bank account

A quick and simple experience to obtain the right product the first time. Videos on the products is a great value added feature that really helps determine if it is the correct item you are looking for.

Great customer service but shipping was late. When purchased stated would be shipped in 3 days wound up 5 days, too late for me to use. I will keep as a reserve light anyways

Just plugged in my vehicle and it pulled up the trailer hitch I needed, add on the wiring harness and ball and I turned my mini van into a mini truck. 😝

Came as described with all the hardware to attach to vehicle. I had a professional install cause the bolt holes were rusted pretty bad.

Order was shipped same day, received few days later. Everything arrived as per order. Only thing negative was I had asked a question online and never did get an answer. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Searching for things is very hit or miss. I knew of something I was looking for but the search would not find it. I had to drill down through several categories before I found it.

Not a trainers issue: The instructions for the torklift camper tie downs left several gotchas out of the instructions and the job took a lot longer than it needed to.

My delivery came quickly and between reading comments and advice and watching install videos everything went fairly smooth.
