Easy experience, fast delivery, great product………..

I found the product I wanted and was pleasantly surprised that the price was well under MSRP! Delivery was prompt and on-time, and the item was packaged very well to keep it safe during transit (something that is often a pain point with other retailers). I do love shopping with eTrailer.

It was very easy to install and works great took about an hour and a half to it all

Product arrived as described. However, on my 2021 XC 60 we did have to trim the fascia. We got it on without doing it, but there was a bulky bulge near the hitch. Took less time than expected pretty happy with the product. Definitely better than the $4200 the dealership quoted me!

I purchased a Hopkins Plug-in Simple Wiring Harness With 4-pole Connector & Tow Ready Mounting Bracket For 4 Pole Flat Connector. The wiring harness is fine but it doesn't fit into the Tow Ready Mounting Bracket. I am disappointed that I am unable to secure the newly installed wiring harness with the additional mounting bracket I purchased. IF the mounting bracket would have worked I would have given this review 5 stars.

On my then new 2017 Honda CRV I mounted a custom fit class 3 2 inch receiver. I found the video instructions to be Very helpful ( Clear and concise). Fast forward to this year, I installed a new Curt hitch receiver custom fit class3.2 inch On my new 2025 Honda CRV EX-L. Again I found the video instructions to be clear and very helpful. The video instructions were updated to 2025 And one thing that showed me was that there was a Wiring harness Plug that needed to be repositioned. Very helpful! One thing I did that was not on the video was to leave the fish wires In place and thread them through the receiver bolt holes when lifting it up. This prevented the chance of accidentally pushing the bolts back up into the sub frame box and having to start all over again. All in all a good experience both times. However I did this work Both times with the car on Jack stands And me lying on a creeper-- space is limited! If you're not as young as you used to be I recommend installing this as shown In the video, car on a lyft and 2 burly guys putting the receiver in place! Have fun!

My hitch mount flexed a little in transit. Which can be normal, as explained by customer service staff. I was sent an article through email and giving a direct line to the agent in case I couldn't flex it back to fit my Highlander. Took a little bit, but I got it flexed to fit.

It was very easy to find the part I needed and a mechanic to install it.

I broke a leaf spring on my boat trailer and needed new better set quickly. E trailer had high quality boat trailer specific springs and shipped them to me in just a couple of days. Great service and products.

It looks perfect and looks very good. Very good quality. I am very satisfied with the product. And with customer service too. I recommend it.
